We used to eat at that location 3-5 times per week. One day, our order got messed up, apparently there were two Johns in the restaurant that day, and our order was handed out to the wrong John. Upon our complaint, the DISTRICT manager came out, did not even apologize, did not offer a refund, but rather started the conversation with, "well sir, we did make the sandwich correctly..." Rude and unacceptable, that manager should not be a manager, never mind the district manager!! Will never eat there again!!!

The manager named Tyler has been the nicest, most helpful manager I have came across in a long time. The sandwich I order is not hard but a little confusing. Only because I dont like a lot of the fixings on my sub. Well a few times Ive ordered my sub and it came back wrong. Most places take me as being insulting when I send back my food. Not here though, Tyler made it again and didnt make me feel horrible for wanting the sub exactly how I like it. Tyler is definitely an asset to this establishment.

Lady working the window is SO rude. Were trying to order and she just keeps saying MEDIUM OR LARGE after weve told her medium three times. To the point where I had to say are you serious? I get youre working on a Sunday but have some customer service skills. Then we waited at the window for 5 minutes before someone even opened it. Someone needs to fire the rude lady over the speaker asking people for their orders. What a joke

I ordered on uber eats. I requested that I only have pickles and onion on my tuna sandwich considering I am allergic to tomatoes. Thank you for wasting my money and completely ignoring the comment box that is there for special requests! There was cheese lettuce and tomatoes when I didnt want them on there. So thank you again for wasting my $15 and my time

The place was very clean, especially for the time of day i was there. The associates were very helpful and greeted us as soon as we walked in. They took our oder and were prompt in making our sandwiches. The bread, meats, and extras were great. The meet portion was way more than other sub places. The overall experience was excellent.!

Just left this place so unsatisfied and hungry ! Wanted to take a sandwich to go, ordered from Drive thru and was waiting for 7!!!! Minutes, knocked to the window, but nobody showed up!!! I saw like 5 employees smoking outside! It looks like nobody had time to work! So disappointed !!!

I came inside to place my order since I had a few subs to get. I got home and was looking forward to the sub. My sub wasnt prepared the way I asked. I think if they did little less talking about other co workers, and there personal life my subs would have been done correct.

The sandwiches were good, and I like the decor plus the idea that they are raising money to help firefighters. The down side is the amount of time it took to get the sandwiches, and even though they asked if I wanted a pickle with the sandwich, they failed to include it.

A different take on subs. The hot sandwiches are steamed and come out piping hot. They generally give you plenty of meat. Add a bag of chips and a drink for a nice quick lunch.
