Horrible ARGUMENTATIVE Manager "Pete" who could care less about a take out order being beyond messed up.... Hair in the food..... and then its my wifes fault she "ordered it wrong"" Im sorry guess she should of noted on the order "hold the hair".... and why would you mix cinniman apples with chicken and mashed potatoes when it was ordered as a side...... We will never again patronize this place and I will be sure and let as many people as I can know to steer clear because they dont care. Im sure cooperate would be appaulded. Thats my next step thou its probably futle.

My wife was there for Friday special, they ran out and gave her a coupon and told her that she could use at any time since she had to wait so long. She went back to redeem and the manager I think his name was john would not honor the coupon. She wrote the company about the incident and never received a response. They lost a regular customer over a stupid buy one get one free coupon...poor customer service!

I had outpatient surgery so my husband went for the first and LaST time. He was treated very rudely and he said the woman made him feel as though he was annoying her. If I could walk I would go in there and personally tell her that her attitude and lack of customer service are very lacking!

Always a fan of Boston market. Today my food was OK at best. I had the half chicken with steamed veggies and creamed spinach. All of which we Luke warm at best. The staff very polite. If going here I would suggest at a busier time when the food is hot and properly rotated.

Food and service was as adequate as you would expect from this chain. Location has been there forever...like the Boston Chicken days forever. Pretty run down inside but thats to be expected as well. Needs a facelift. Would be more appealing to have lunch at.

Will not go back. The quality of the food has gone downhill. Havent been in years. Very disappointed. The staff was very nice. But the food was not up to par. I got the chicken sandwich as always and it tasted nothing like before.

Great friendly staff however the cleanliness of the store in general could use some work, looks like they could use a remodel because the front warming case kept turning off and on while trying to keep the food warm.

Went there this afternoon. Staff was friendly, but food was cold and not fresh. I will not be back. They should have known better..Place needs to be cleaned also! Hope I do not get sick.

Saturday night. Short line. And it takes my wife 40 mins to pick up a side from inside. Terrible service. I might be here for another hour. Never coming back.
