March 2, 2016: Entered the store and figured the meal would be ready in no time. #27 was next and I was #30. Wrong! All of those working had no idea what they should be doing. # 29 a lady with back problem so serious she had an external back brace on and could not sit down had to wait in agony. It took over 30 minutes to get our order. Other who came in after us had the same problem naturally. Some were very elderly, one was a father of two and two single customers. After 29 was served I stepped up to watch and wait for my order, dog and a burger. I watched the girl preparing the two begin and start over three times until she got it right. Then the gal on fries got the cold fries in the bag and handed it to me. She insincerely apologized for the long wait. I responded that it should be cold by now and it was. It will be a cold day in hell before we return! One star is far too high a rating.

First, its Five Guys... If youve never tried Five Guys Burgers and Fries and milkshakes you dont know what youre missing. No frozen burger patties or fries here. They have fresh, skin on fries (perfect, like the old great steak escape fries, natural cut) cut from real live potatoes. They have big fat juicy burgers (exactly how you like them dressed, and they even offer lettuce wrapped burgers for those looking for gluten free or low cab options!) And their milkshakes... Well, Ive always been distracted from life by how delicious their burgers and fries are, but their Ghirardelli chocolate milkshake made me forget about the burgers for a minute... In fact I think I forgot my own name, it was SO GOOD!! I always enjoy the cleanliness and friendly service at this Five Guys location, too. What are you waiting for?? Go, youll love it!!

Visited the restaurant again today and now remember why I had not gone in the place in a while. Parking is not good as there is a Starbucks, Dentist and Five Guys all sharing about 20 parking spaces. For their small burger, small fries and small drink the bill was $8.71. :-P The upside is that their food is great, but that is not the only factor to consider when choosing to delve off into a fast food venue. Too pricey for the average Joe. On a side note, this place looks like a place in my hometown of Raleigh that a good friend D. Booth created in Raleigh, Fayetteville and Orlando in the 80s. The motif is the same, the fries are the same and the menu boards are the same. Wonder if these are the guys that bought David out many years ago... Allen Quinn

People are friendly the food was fresh and delicious the peanuts were great french fries hot the only thing they could improve on is lower the price a little bit because I still get sticker shock when two single cheeseburgers and one coat and a small fry is 17 bucks. As long as youre not on a budget this is a great place for a burger you never ever feel bad afterwards. Of course I will be back

This place of hidden out of the way! I have lived in the area for 8 months and had no idea that there was a 5 Guys just down the road! The service is outstanding! The place was not busy and we were helped immediately upon entering. The food was made quickly and tasted amazing! I love the Cheeseburger with hot sauce! The fries are the best... especially with Vinegar on them!

I give it 4 stars. Delicious burgers great fries and friendly service. Something being from NY that i am not used to seeing. The choice of fixins was over the top and the amount of fries in a large serving was enough for 4 hungry adults. All saying the high tables and chairs were a little uncomfortable. But must say the free peanuts while u wait is an interesting plus.

I love 5 guys and Ive visited quite a few all the way down the east coast. The quality seems to be consistent which is why theyre one of the only chain restaurants I like. The staff at this Location is very fun. They interact well with each other and with the customers coming in. Even when its super busy. I love the mobile ordering!

Cant go wrong with this place if you are a fan of cheeseburgers and fries. The he food is always fantastic with plenty to share. The location is also ideal as it is close to shopping in the upcoming Trinity area. Plus, it is right around the corner from The Brass Tap for those looking for a classy watering hole nearby.

We usually love five guys, but found this location to not be as good as the rest. We missed the greasy burger we are accustomed to, since theirs was over cooked and bone dry. And the wait was like 15 minutes with only one person in front of us.

The food is very good, but the last time I was in, the kids had the music so loud it was like being in a disco. I brought it to thier attention and they did nothing. Sitting in the restaurant was a form of torture, so I left.
