Had an awful experience with some snotty waitress Angela, Andrea something like that. I wasnt even paying and she griped at the end cause the person that did pay gave her a $4 tip. So the next time me and my boyfriend go in she says from across the floor "oh look the no tippers again" If you want a tip, do your job. If you feel $4 is unfair for a $20 bill then find another job. We still go once a month but I avoid that woman like the plague.

Went to this location once. Been a long time since I had been to a BW3. Food was ok, some of their wing sauce was different since I was there before. I was disappointed in the service. The waiter was nice but it took so long for the food we had to send things back because it was cold.

Wings too small mushrooms for the price awful small order and my son ordered a cheeseburger and fries and one to change fries for a mac and cheese and said okay and charge this $3.29 or something like that for mac and cheese and didnt deduct the fries bad experience

Stopped for lunch with my daughter, super busy, but were waited on promptly, which surprised me considering how busy they were. Food was very good, wasnt a very long wait, again, which surprised me considering it was lunch time. Makala was an excellent waitress!

Some waitresses need to treat all customers the same. Dont blow off my familys needs just so you can sit and chat with your " regulars ". It was very upsetting. Will not go back unless seated in another waitresses section.

BW3s is my go-to late night restaurant in this town. The staff is always friendly, the food is always good, and they let you drop your own jagerbombs. (Unlike those gits at other places that serve them to you pre mixed)

Food was OK. Ordered a grilles chicken wrap, got fried chicken. Didnt offer refills or silverware. Service was slow, but it was a busy time of night. Hopefully, our next experience is a better one.

How do you screw up boneless wings? Especially when THATS IN THE NAME OF THE RESTAURANT... This place has been going downhill for years. At least the beer is cold, cuz the wings sure werent even hot.

I always have a great time here, especially in the bar area, although there have been a lot of teenagers up there (not drinking alcohol) just would like to be around adults when in a bar setting.

Well it happen again told the waitress not to come to us a lot and ask how we are doing she didnt but everyone did but her. I hate when then flip tables .. the food was good and hot .

Theyve jacked their prices WAY up for same tiny portions!!! Used to be my spot. Go down the street to Roosters. Less expensive for larger portions. Been converted....
