Worst Olive Garden experience of my life. Im an Olive Garden regular but this was my first dinner at this location. My girlfriend and I sat down around 8pm. The place smelled a bit dingy but they were cleaning so I figured that was why. We started with a five cheese fonduta. Talk about a bad start, this was in a class of its own. The fonduta itself was rubber swimming in a centimeter of oil that I had to skim off of the top. Im assuming thats what the spoon was for. The crostinis werent toasted, not even a little bit. It was just sliced soft bread. I took one bite, my date wasnt even that daring. My appetite went out the window. I ordered chicken scampi with zuppa toscana, one of the most popular dishes I get. The soup was broth, nothing else, no exaggeration. It was a joke. Im sure by this point the review sounds ridiculous but I cant make this stuff up. I cant tell you how the scampi was, I didnt even eat it. I boxed it up and left. I didnt bother complaining about anything to the staff. If they could serve food presented the way my meal was, it wouldnt do a bit of good. If this is how this location operates on a regular basis, they wont last 3 more months. Olive Garden of Port Richey, I will go out of my way to warn people about your restaurant. My experience was truly that aweful.

I havent gone to olive garden in years just because I knew the quality of food has gone down hill for sometime now and nothing changed tonight. Its even worse now I understand alot of apps are frozen like tonight and you gotta watch cost and control but nothing can describe this calamari tonight we had to send it back. Ive gone to culinary school so expectations are little higher but no excuse. My gf played it safe and ordered soup salad bread sticks, all the soup was watered down. The salad was probably a good 2 days old soggy, carrots were pale because of being old, tomato indescribable why even waste money on tomato if they arent edible. lettuce was like eating toilet paper that sat in water. I got the buy one get one to take home. The chef was coming out to people tables left and right for complaints he looked flustered to say the least. Someone should be checking every bowl of salad and dish before coming out the kitchen come on expo. Olive garden just shut down!

3. So I went back to this olive garden several times after my two awesome reviews and sat at a table waiting for service for 20minutes and no one came. There were however 3 servers standing around laughing and talking, Im sure one was my server. Just come over and get my drinks then do whatever you want but we werent even acknowledged. I will never be returning to a place I cant get any service 1. Had a great dinner! Will be back! Everything was delicious, my fiance and I both had the chicken marsala which was fantastic. Our waitress Maureen(moe) was awesome, as a fellow waitress my expectations were high and she exceeded them, ask for her! 2. Came back for lunch recently had a server named Jessica who was gave us amazing service. The food was delicious and fair priced. We are so satisfied we have FINALLY found a place to go out and eat!!

Nice girls day out for lunch. Service was excellent! Our food selections were very flavorful. It has been years since I had been to an Olive Garden & I must say I was pleasantly surprised just how great the afternoon lunch experience was. Our server Katrina was phenomenal from start to finish. She had such a great personality both my friend & I were dealing with some very traumatic life situations & Katrina not only helped choose great food selections, she got us both laughing, which we desperately needed & turned it into one of my favorite lunch dates with my best friend. I never expected this for a first time visit in the New Port Richey location but was grateful for the memorable experience.

Fuimos a cenar y nos cobraron bebidas extras para el Kids menú cuando se supone que está incluido. Por la sopa y ensalada se supone que es $7,49 y nos cobraron $10.99. La atención pésima y el manager explicando que ellos tienen que cobrar así porque sino ellos pierden dinero! Terrible!

I would normally give 5 stars but tonight we ordered take out. AWFUL!!!!!! I ORDERED STEAK GORGANZOLA WITH EXTRA SAUCE. I asked for well done. The meat was red inside. No flavor what so ever. They didnt add the vingerette they usually do. There was something strange in my soup. I never have a problem when i go into the restaurant to eat i guess they do not have same service for takd out. Very disappointed. Wont do that again. If it wouldnt have been pouring rain i wouldve returned the food.

I had Josh as a waiter for me my mother and my son. He was patient and kind and was always very nice. I had an all you can eat pasta bowl with the gluten free noodles and he was always making sure we didnt need anything. He had a conversation with my son and even took the time to strike up a conversation with us. Granted it was short because he had other customers to attend to but he was very sweet. I will definately take the time to drive up from Holiday to come here again!

Horrible experience: there were 4 guys and 2 woman at our table. The waitress barely acknowledged the women and she was basically yelling that she talked so loud .she would yell over at us to our table from three tables away. The service was horrible. The food was really dry and nasty too . Shortly after getting home I started having the worst in my life ever stomach cramps.It feels like Im getting stabbed with a knife.I bet the nasty waitress gaveme food poisoning.

When you walk in the smell of the place just hits you in the face. I contemplated leaving, but I knew my 3 yr old would throw a fit so we stayed. Service was good, food was hot and thats it. I couldnt stop thinking and smelling that foul smell. My mind started going into panic mood... is the kitchen clean? Will I have food poisoning tomorrow? I didnt know in the moment how much the smell would effect my experience. I definitely wasnt able to enjoy my food.

Had take out from here today and I have to say I am very disappointed. First no salad dressing was included with our order. I mean people go there for the salad. How can you forget the dressing? And then I ordered the Alfredo Chicken Pasta, there was plenty of pasta but barley and sauce and 4 strips of chicken for $12.00 seems a little crazy. Not sure if I will ever suggest to my company again to get Olive Garden to go. It was not a good experience.

recently went to this olive garden with friends. after being seated we noticed the place smelled as if it was cleaned with dirty water not hot soapy water and/or disinfectant so we walked out. so whats the kitchen like? the place needs to be properly cleaned all the time. a family of 4 were seated behind us ant they stated they wished that they had left but they had already placed their order so they remained. they had noticed the strong smell also.
