Have heard many commercials i.e radio, t.v. ads, etc. So decided to take my fiancée and her child to the store on little road. We ordered Two half sub meals, and a whole meatball sub meal. The bill was close to 30$.(28 and some change i believe) We received our drink and sub sat down to eat. were not given the chips or even offered the rest of the combo meal we had paid for. Also forgot and didnt realize till after we left the store. The people Were very rude and disrespectful, Not only that The subs were horrible. The meatball Sub (mine) was cold and tasteless. My Fiancée and her child also were unhappy with theirs as well cant remember what subs they were at the moment. the point is i continue to hear these radio stations about how good you guys are and money back guarantee pretty much, And makes me MAD to have that kind of confidence and to go into this store and deal with what i did is very disappointing. I cant say i will ever go back let alone recommend this store to anyone i work with , am friends with or even meet on the side of the street.

First off I must say the stores appearance was fair other than the dirty table (I was given dry napkin to wipe myself) but there wasnt a line at all so we went straight in and used the facility. Came out ordered our food and the service was friendly. Got our food fresh started eating and a girl came in from the street with two kittens in her bag and the Manager Rebecca obviously knew the girl and grabbed one of the kittens out the bag and went into the back to show another manager behind the counter for about 15 minutes than im steady watching and thinking im glad she made my food first because she had the kitten all over her uniform and all in her arms which is very disgusting that she works with food. I know some where in the guidelines that this is not appropriate nor sanitary. Im screaming health department visit. I wont ever eat here again because its obvious noone takes the hand washing or rules serious not ever the MANAGERS!!!

My first visit ever, to any firehouse subs. I had a coupon for a free sub and it was amazing. Service was fast, I was exhausted. So I show up totally exhausted, at around 6:pm hadnt eaten all day, brain is shutting down. Not really a time when I want to try something new. So at the start I am running on Windows 98 mentally, After I sit and relax for a few seconds while waiting for my sub, windows 2k starts to kick in. So I look around and I am very impressed as to how clean that place is. I remembered what someone said about the drink area, so I got up and looked for any indication of anything wrong. Inside the condiment holders was clean, sparkling clean. I took a pic for you. The service was amazing, the food was awesome, the place was clean. I will be going back there.

Although the food is generally good, the customer service is awful. When ordering they constantly interupt you to ask questions, even if you have already ordered. The last time I was there they gave me a fully involved sandwich even after I told them twice "just lettuce and sauces". When I sent it back they returned it plain with everything on the side and replied in a condescending voice "we put it on the side so you can just do it yourself." The employees here have no idea what real service is, and when I can go down the street to subway and get better priced food, better customer service, and food that is just as good, the best place to go for a sandwich is a no brainer.

Went there for lunch three weeks ago, place was busy and all the staff were very friendly. The owner was great and made me feel welcome. The sandwich was great and there was a large selection of hot sauces. Loved it so much I took my daughter there last weekend and again, super busy and the owner was working again. Same great fast friendly service! There bathrooms were clean and they even have a changing table in the restroom for my daughter! I will defiantly go back and tell all my coworkers about this location!!

This is an oasis for me whenever I am in the Area. The staff and management are always attentive and the food consistency is spot on each and every time I here. When I am in town for business I always bring my coworkers here as they serve the tastiest sandwiches and have the best hot sauce / BBQ bar around! As I leave I am always craving my next meal here! WELCOME HOME TO FIREHOUSE!!!!!!

avoid! The soggy mess called an italian sub was soaked with some sweet wet stuff. All sandwiches mislabeled. lettuce reeks of preservative flavor. the worst ever.

Terrible service. Owner/manager wad rude and didnt want to be at work. Thin subs with hardly anything pn them. All you can taste is bread. Never going back.
