Dont go here during the slow times. I purchased a full plate with quarter white chicken. It was over cooked and dried out even though they had it in some kind of liquid warmer. The sweet potatoes tasted like someone dump a whole bag of sugar in them and the cornbread was flat and hard also lacked flavor. Ask for a receipt for my purchase and they gave me on without the store information. The server threw it away. They even seemed put off that I was asking for it. No one ever ask me how the food was or why I wanted my receipt. Just beware of eating in this establishment when its in its off time.

I went to this location twice e few years ago and the food was luke warm so I decided not to return. So tonight I decided to give it another try. BIG mistake. ordered the meatloaf w/ mashed potato`s and corn. once again less than luke warm but this time within a half hour I was vomiting violently. while I was leaving I noticed the water under the food trays in the steam table was murky, had food floating in it and mold was growing. I wish I would have seen that before I ate. I would not recommend this to any one.

Very very sad. Walked in and every one was talking to each other behind counter. When they where done talking they asked what we wanted. Poor service. ( nice way to great customers ) no food in hot case so we could not get what we wanted. I still ordered green beans and they said they would bring out to me. Im finished eating and still waiting. Apparently there conversation is not over and is very important then there customers. Boston market you have gone down hill.... by the way no Manager on duty.

Worst customer service ever! They lost our online order twice, tried to argue with me to make me pay for the order when Id already paid for it online, gave us an old sandwich just sitting on a side counter, and they forgot our brownie that we paid for... Save yourself the trouble and skip this store. Its worth a 15 minute drive for fresh food and polite staff

Good value and portion of food you get here. This place gets packed easily when people are doing take out so might take a little time. They need to fix there soda and lemonade machine because the taste is awful and doesnt taste good with your meal. But overall the food is decent and the workers are friendly to get your order taken care of.

Usually love this place. Today when I got there, the mac and cheese obviously was left over from the night before- crusty and discolored. When i mentioned this, the worker suggested that I "not go for the mac and cheese" instead of fixing the problem.... Im embarrassed for this franchise

I love Boston Market, but this location was horrible. Ordered 3 piece dark and not even sure what the pieces were, but they were so dry it could have been dark meat. Plenty of staff, but no one could clean tables or help guests at the counter who needed simple things like silverware.

Food was moderately warm. Server was clueless when I asked for marinara sauce for my meatloaf. I was given some honey chipotle sauce. Wow. Dinning room was considerably a mess given the amount of people that were there and what time it was. Not worth going to.

Got a good dining together with my co-workmates.Had the Half Chicken and it was really good, delicious and price was very cheap. Service a lil slow but worth the waiting for this good dish. Well definitely to try another items.

Boston Markets chicken is always juicy and delicious, and their vegetables are always the same, never mushy. A much better alternative to fast food, if youre in a hurry or dont want to cook dinner.
