Its Five Guys. If youve never been, you owe it to yourself to try. Theyve perfected fast food burger and fries. Some nice touches with this visit: they keep a hand written sign informing where the potatoes came from and the cashier asked us (wife and I) whos idea it was to come. I thought that was a pleasant to have personality at the counter. Not 5 stars because Im given a tiny cup thats equivalent to a dentistry rinse because all I want is fountain water. Please dont assume because I splurge with a ridiculously unhealthy meal that I want to top it off with a 32oz cup of high fructose corn syrup.

Called in my order today picked it up went home and had no grilled onions on my burger. I called to inform them they forgot to add grilled on my sandwich.. the answer I received was maybe next time I should ask for xtra grilled onions... really thats what you say to a customer " you should ask for xtra grilled onion" ... no maybe you should learn how to read a ticket and double check the ticket !! I wont come here ever again for the answer I received.. Considering I work in a full service restraunt I would never say such a thing to a paying customer. Sincerely, One pissed off customer

Great burgers. Staff is super friendly. The place stays busy throughout the weekend. Our old Five Guys on Countryway closed guessing due to a bad landlord. So this place although slightly further away will be our new one. Burger 21 and other burger places dont even come close to these burgers. Fries are great but can be a little under when it gets busy, portions are huge. Place is kept clean despite the constant stream of people.

I suspected the burger could have cooked longer. The bun was crappy bread, and only one cheese option. I was a little worried that this location was empty at noon. I will go to anther five guys again, but not this location

I love Five Guys, but not this one! Slow service and undercooked burgers are not my thing. Id highly suggest visiting a different location, theres plenty others around.
