Since several of us have reported this issue numerous times, Im not sure if The Rusty Bucket managment reads these or any comments, but here goes...The bar is STICKY and needs to be replaced! Its just DISGUSTING! One of the last times I was there, my friend tried to slide my wine glass over and it literally STUCK to the bar counter. The red wine spilled, because it was STUCK to counter, and went all over my white pants. Please take our suggestioin and replace the counter with some kind of metal sheeting, steel or copper or something that can be properly cleaned. A long time customer refuses to come with us anymore because of the floors -they could use a good cleaning too! We really like the staff, and food and most of the time, the service, but to have such "yucky" counters and floors in such a classy neighborhood, it just doesnt measure up.

New Albany Ohio location. Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, and the Chicken Tenders . My husband said his Philly had no flavor and my tenders were over fried. The menu did not say the tenders came with fries. Would have liked an alternative but was not offered. We also ordered a Pepsi and a virgin strawberry daiquiri. Daiquiri was very watery and diluted. No ice in Pepsi. Our waitress had no personality and rushed our visit. While it sprinkled a small not of rain, it was a beautiful day and it was not even busy - only the small outside patio was almost full but inside was near empty. Would highly recommend NOT visiting this restaurant.

Not sure why server was hovering on top of us when we clearly didnt know what we were going to order. Not sure why there were so many flies inside of the restaurant, hovering around us while we tried to eat. The tuna wrap was really good, as were the seven french fries that came with it. So location wise, fine. Parking, fine. Pricing, for what it is? No. Service, for the flies that couldve been swatted instead of tapping your foot after Ive told you three times that I needed more time? No. Atmosphere, flies aside, sure. Food, sure. Will go again, because of the location.n

Who wants to sit in a bar that is full of children crying and acting out as their parents ignore them and partake in their favorite beverage and conversation with other parents who are the clone of the previous mentioned? And watching the TVs? Not gonna happen unless you are planning a visit to your favorite Chiropractor with whiplash. Why on earth would they not use the bar that is on the right as you enter their establishment? Makes no sense to me. Management needs to wake up and open a real bar!!

The New Albany Rusty Bucket has consistently been by far superior in taste than some of the other locations (such as the Easton Rusty Bucket). The cooks must really make a difference! Its the same exact ingredients but in Easton they seemingly just heat the foot up and slap it onto a plate; In New Albany they know exactly how to prepare the different ingredients individually and then put them together to make fireworks.

This is definitely the "new albany" version of the Rusty Bucket chain. Brick, nice patio and bar. Its definitely a top go-to hang out spot to watch sports for residents. The bartenders are great and get to know you and your order if you go often enough. Food is good - I recommend the chicken tenders and the buffalo chicken.

The pricing is really reasonable and they have a lot of variety on the menu. Im not a fish eater but there is plenty of fish for those type of people they also have a few pasta dishes which are decent. The drinks are great during happy hour they have pretty decent deals, overall Id give it a low five rating.

Getting Carry-out is met with angry bartenders. The food is decent for bar food or when youre really hungry, but if you dare to get food to-go the employees at the bar are pretty rude. It didnt happen once, but several times in a row. I even tip them 15-20% for carry-out, never had a thank you either.

The Rusty Bucket menu is fantastic. However, the food at this one is mediocre at best. On Friday and Saturday nights, its more of a bar than a restaurant. If you happen to be sat in the bar area, prepare to shout so other people can hear you.

The meatloaf and the pot stickers are good. The service is always decent. This place is great for a quick dinner when you don’t want to cook. The floor always seems oily so be careful when walking around in there.

Great food and drink selection. Wait staff seemed a little green and/or preoccupied, but otherwise it was a good experience. The beer was pricy, sadly.

Decent "crowd-pleaser" bar and restaurant. Everything is fairly good and the prices are reasonable, but you arent going to be blown away by anything.

We are not closed on any of the days that this website says. I dont know why it says it, but it is wrong. We are open seven days a week.

Chicken Parmesan was not tender at all. Waitress brought out salads with the entree. Screwed up the bill, and had too many tables.

Service was quick, never ran out refills. Ate the Buffalo chicken sandwich which was great. Restroom had a very cool flay sink.

Its a little pricey, but the food is great. Id recommend the double stacked quesadilla, fish sandwich, and mac n cheese.

Its a typical Rusty Bucket. Nothing special. Good beers. Food was OK. Best thing on the menu is the bread pudding.

Its ok. Pricey for what you get. Queso and chili microwaved, not really fresh. Overall, food tastes ok.
