My department orders lunch every Friday from a business in Lancaster. We order from Chipotle at least once a month. When we went to order this time the online order kiosk would only let us set pick up for 11:50am. Our lunch is at 11:30am and always has been. This was one inconvenience. I called the store to make a carry out order, and the lady said they dont take call in orders only online orders starting at 11:50am. This is a new feature because we have always ordered for pickup at 11:20am. After being very rude over the phone with her telling me she dont know what to tell me, I then took our entire list of burritos to order them on the spot and they were very short staffed (2 people) for a Friday lunch rush. There was one girl in particular which was VERY rude to all of the customers including us. She was working the line and was wearing glasses! She acted like us walking through that door just ruined her day! I am very upset at the service that was provided to us because we are such dedicated customers! Also, we ordered chips and salsa and the chips were so hard that no on could even eat them. So we lost out on about $10 for crappy chips! I am also unhappy that because of that service Chipotle in Lancaster will be off the the weekly ordering list! I sure hope they can get their employees in line or they are going to be loosing business!!

if there was a no star i would give them that. worst chipotle on the planet ! service is always slow , literally expect anytime of day to be waiting in a line out the door. The employees have music way to loud instant headache. You cant talk to the person standing next to you without saying what three times. They never have all the food there. They are always out of something. And usually dont tell you until your ready to order after standing in line for a half hour. Oh and Ive had maybe 20 burrito bowels from there that ive literally thrown out because the rice was hard as a rock. the employees are way to loud and never listen to what you say. they barely give you any rice, chicken, you name it youll walk out with food half the size youd get at any other chipotle location. dont waste your time or money here unless you are totally desperate the store either needs shut down or whole new management.

I used to love this Chiptole the last few times I ordered online theyd call back to say they didnt have 75% of the items that went in my order. I ordered a burrito bowl and they didnt have cheese, salsa, sour cream and chips and no meat and asked if I still wanted the order? I was going to have a bowl of rice lettuce. No thanks I can make that myself. When you do get your order they are so skimpy with the te food. I ordered online and went and picked up with the kids. We had 6 Burrito Bols. All the same. When my hubby opened his he wondered aloud if I or the kids had eaten most of his before we got home? He literally didnt have enough in his bowl for a toddler. It wasnt just the meat it was the whole bowl, very skimpy on all things. We quit ordering due to these reasons. It just not worth the price for the lack luster service and el cheapo serving sizes.

@Tiffany Lynn Tinapple. Agree with you 100% and couldnt have said it better myself. I was there last night at 7. Typical line wrapped around and the first person had to wait like 5 or 10 minutes to give her order. The cashier and the person that does the lettuce were just standing there. Then I watched in disbelief as they gave a customer like four pieces of chicken on her burritto! She had to ask them to put more on it. I watched them put the spoon into the chicken as if dipping a toe into the water. Thats ridiculous given the prices that they are now charging. Ive had it with Chipotle and Im definately done with this store.

Its a crap shoot if the food will be good that day. Ive only had one occasion that the music was quiet enough to have a conversation with the person beside me. One of the current (who im assuming is) managers needs taken down a peg. Not to mention wear actual jeans not jeggings (it wasnt a pretty or professional site). The line is out the door, and she goes to Starbucks next door comes back in and goes back to talking too loud to employees and drinking where the food is prepared. Sometimes the food is great, other times the chicken is so burnt it chaps your gums.

I visited Chipotle yesterday around noon. The parking lot was full and I was expecting to wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes. To my surprise, I was only in the restaurant for five minutes! There were two people in line when I got there, and the workers made my burrito faster than ever! They were on their A-game and so polite, respectful and happy at the same time. They really boosted my mood. It was awesome. I was so impressed with them, their enthusiasm, the quickness of the service, and (as always) the quality of my food.

Came in for a late lunch. They seemed a little busy in the back. The manager, Alec or Alex, came out and took my order (at the time, I didnt know he was the manager). As we were going down the food line, I thought to myself "this guy gets an A+ in customer service". When it came time to pay, he said it was on him - totally didnt have to do that. I was already having a great experience and now its free?!?! Wow! I wish my local Athens Chipotle was half as good as the Lancaster location! Well done!!!

App ordering is a real gamble. Im usually left waiting for my entire order to be prepared despite arriving at the appointed time. Today one other fellow was waiting for his own, larger app order. When we finally got them we did what any smart consumer should be do and double checked the order. I had one of the other fellows items and he had one of mine. So, beware and be prepared to wait for something thats supposed to be a convenience.

The chicken tasted weird ( Ive been here before and it tasted fine) and when I asked for a little more sour cream ( I had been polite the whole time so its not like she had a reason to be a smartass) she slopped it on and so it kinda ruined my burrito in some places with too much sour cream and too little in other places the girl was rude and the service put me in an overall salty mood after that

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They are always out of multiple items, have the slowest service, and the staff is inconsiderate, rude, and more concerned with having their own conversations among themselves and goofing off than serving the customer. This is not a "every once in a while" problem - this kind of thing happens every time we go there. We wont eat here anymore.
