Ive eaten at the lunch buffet at this Pizza Hut location several times. The staff is friendly enough, but when they make a mistake, and a big one, they dont want to take responsibility for it. I ate there on Friday, May 9, 2008 and there was a large bone chip, not in any meat, but in pasta, of all things. It broke an almost new crown I have and I had to pay $71 for an X-ray and a "smoothing" of the break. Ill need a new crown, which will cost $760. While still in the restaurant, I began crying at the table as I knew it would be expensive and I dont have that kind of money. The staff didnt care and when I asked to see the manager, they told me "I couldnt." I phone Pizza Hut corporate headquarters and was assured by the woman I spoke with that Pizza Hut has "quality control" in place and would "make this right." She took my name, address, and phone number and assured me the District Manager would call me in one-three (1-3) days. Well, its been eight (9) days now and no call. Pizza Hut does not want to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their food is okay, but the noise in the restaurants is "too much" for me, and the fact that they wont take responsibility for their mistakes is despicable in a chain this prosperous and large. Heck, Im not like the "McDonalds coffee lady!" I dont want money for my emotional suffering, I just want Pizza Hut to pay from the new crown! Id never eat there again and I will spread the word on their irresponsibility and lack of quality control. When a bone chip breaks the tooth of someone raving about Pizza Hut or gets lodged in their childs throat, they wont be raving about this place any more.

The only positive I have out of this that the delivery driver was nice and apologized for the bad service. I made an online order at 5:40pm that was supposed to arrive at 6:28pm. At 6:54 pm they had not arrived yet. I called and spoke to an employee that told me it was still on the way , and that it would be there soon. At 7:08pm I called for a refund the female employee call , told me it was to late for a refund ( obviously lying) I asked to speak to s manager, and the same employee told me she would now give me a refund.The mgr called me at 7:45pm and said she needed my card info (agian) , and seemed to not care at all. The only good experience I had was the late driver (7:21pm) who apologized to me for the service and offered the free pizza, I declined and ordered Romeos, arrived 20 minutes after online order.Mgr Christina is very poor, should take lessons from her delivery drivers.

This place is horrible. I put in an online order a couple weeks ago and they forgot my drink so they went back and got it by the time they came back the food was cold so I call in and they gave me a free drink. Thats fine. Well a couple days ago I put another order in ignoring what they did last time and they arrive an hour and a half late, my food was still a little warm though...well I told him that he was late and that I was mad. I didnt leave a tip because I was really pissed off. I looked at my bank account today and he put a $7 tip on there. I will NEVER come here again! Really disappointed.

I will never go to this location EVER again! I placed an order online yesterday for my sons birthday party and the store employee calls and said 15 minutes before delivery that they could not come to my address at night and it was 5:15 pm! And I have been getting service from them and deliveries for almost 2 years with NO issues and we tip well!!! And to top it off the manager got on the phone and didnt try to please his customer...instead he was rude and said no delivery and that I shouldnt of never gotten them before!!! Just rude when Im in their system SMH

I have officially boycotted this location as they almost always have an average of an hour and a half delivery time. I finally reached my breaking point when an order arrived after an hour, half of a pizza folded over onto itself so it was inedible, and everything completely cold. I have complained to corporate about this store before and received two free pizza coupons which they still screwed up those orders. I contacted the store directly regarding our last issue and they did refund our money as well as gave us an additional credit for a future order.

I normally drive a little ways to get pizza from the pickerington location and the last few times I have ordered my food has been disgusting or not right. Well tonight I ordered 3 pizzas and wings, none of the pizza had extra cheese like I ordered, they had an over baring amount of sauce, and none of them are cooked throughly at all. The dough is pale colored and raw. I WILL NEVER order from here again just to waste my time driving that far for disgusting food.

Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 of which were to be exactly the same. Delivery arrived an hour later and not only were 2 of the pizzas wrong, there was a slice missing from one. Called to have fixed, manager offered to make correct order, but no refund or other compensation. It then took another hour to receive the right food, when we live 10 minutes from the store. Definitely not ordering from here ever again.

This location is extremely understaffed. I would not suggest dining in unless you are just looking for time to kill. The employees are busy trying to staff the to-go orders, baking pizzas and answering the phone (which rings endlessly) so the dine-in customers are just a second thought. We have tried on multiple occasions and have always left frustrated.

The last few years Pizza Huts stuffed crust was hardly any cheese in the crust. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas tonight and the cheese was oozing out, it was delicious. Great improvement. The only complaint is the veggies and meats were sparingly put on. Good job on stuffed crust, please improve on toppings.

Place an order over the phone for delivery just to find out after 1hour and I called manager said they dont deliver in my area and they would make it right then they said they would deliver for free. Then said order pizza at other location. And I asked if it worked would before free and he said.

Very friendly! Great service! I wish they delivered to Baltimore Ohio! Thats to far away and I understand! I always walk in to order and the entire staff is awesome! Never go to reynoldsburg location because the manager Michael is extremely rude and argues with the customers!

Will never eat pizza hut again order online only to be told 1 1/2 he later that they dont deliver to our address by the driver been calling store since 11:45 pm and of course they dont answer after the charged my card someone better be contacting me before I call corporate

Be prepared to wait, understaffed is a understatement. I stood at the counter for five minutes only to be ignored by the staff walking back and forth behind the counter. The dining room was empty and they were not busy. I will never return.
