Called to see if they delivered and they said no so I called the other pizza hut and they said they dont go past 33 so I called the other one back and she put me on hold. For 5 mins!!!!!! Then I hung up. I called back and she asked to put me on hold again..... then I got hung up on. And then I called back a third time she put me on hold again and then hung up on me again!!!!! So my husband used his phone and she took his order right away..... ummm..... what...... then he went there to get the food and he asked for a bag.... the guy ignored him and answered the phone..... what is going on with customer service these days. When I worked in food i always made sure the customer service was AMAZING!!!! So they would be returning customers!!!!

Lunch buffet is one of the best in town! Make sure to get there 12-12:30p for the best selection. The Dessert pizza is first rate! Very friendly and great casual atmosphere, highly recommend!

Love pizza hut in lancaster the pizza is great. Have no complaints on the servers. Things have changed need more waitress. Only one on floor. Not real fast though. She needs to be more friendly

Ok the girls that work here r ok but this pace just plain sucks. Its dirty way outdated and the pizza is the worst in town. Cant believe anyone eats here with all the other choices.

Had a group of 6, and they messed up the order twice, and let us all run out of drinks. Had to flag down another waitress to get refills. Not happy, with the service at all.
