Normally I love Chipotle. However, it seems when I order from the one in Mount Vernon and it isnt rush hour, the food isnt very fresh. I often times have found hair in my bowl that didnt belong to me. The last time I ordered from there it was like 8 or 9 pm and it wasnt really great. Kind of old tasting. The next morning I woke up VOMITING. After puking 6 or 7 times a day for 3 days, it moved down and then I couldnt stop pooping! Everything I ate or drank, even just water came back up or went right through me. I can only assume I had food poisoning. I have never been so sick in my life! No one else around me has had the flu, and my boyfriend who lives and sleeps with me in the same bed never got sick. It had to be the Chipotle I had the night before. I seriously blame this restaurant for missing a week of work.

Normally i would give a 5 star. Today i went in with my family. Daughter ordered her normal child cheese quesadilla. She normally gets tomatoes and sour cream aa her side. This tattooed up girl with a nose ring that made her look like a door knocker, she kept belting out 2 sides only. Rice and beans ONLY. Rude as could be. Kept confusing the whole line up. So everyone was messing up on orders. Well then to top everything off my chips was stale. My husbands rice tasted like it had cold grease in it. This was by far the worst experience in there ever.

Awsome food. Great prices for ALOT of food. Burritos are HUGE. the foods not cold. Stop and think of what you put on it. Sour Cream ( cold ) Cheese ( cold ) lettuce (cold) . And i can honestly say that you can tell everything is made from scratch that morning. Heck i didnt need one of the employees to tell me that.

Stopped to try out the new queso. Was like water more than cheese sauce. The sauce did not even stay on chip. Guess they just want you to drink the sauce instead of dipping with chip. Jar sauce at the store taste better.

The food is good quality. The concrete and steel design of the interior makes it nearly impossible to hear someone speaking even when the restaurant is not crowded.

Bit slow. Only have one machine for preparing tortillas for burritos. So if you have burrito fans ahead of you ... Enjoy the wait.
