First, the food was fine. Had I purchased to take home, I would probably be rating this higher. Not a 5, but a 4. I went in with my niece and nephew (first visit for me) right after they got out of school. They were out early so it was around 2:30 p.m. on a Monday. First thing I noticed: the music was LOUD! It was the first nice day (temperature wise) so I decided to stay and we asked about eating outside which was fine with the restaurant employee I talked to...we ordered our food and went outside. I needed to go back into the restaurant, but the door we had just exited was LOCKED. LOL. Okay, walked around to the main entrance. Odd they would see people outside but not unlock the side door. The music was still BLARING. At this point an employee was wiping down the (stainless steel) tables. The form of cleaning was to take a wet cloth and wipe everything off the table onto the floor. Not very appetizing to say the least. Just dont look down and you wont see it must be their motto at this store. Odd, they would clean the tables by this method, but that was what she was doing. I mentioned the LOUD music. She acknowledged it was LOUD, but that was all there was to the conversation. I honestly cannot imagine people staying inside and eating or even wanting to go there and eat. Perhaps they count on people ordering their food and leaving? I wanted to have a conversation with my niece and nephew over lunch (both high school students) but it would have been impossible. There was not one inch of the inside restaurant that was not under a BLARING speaker. I ate outside and we left. Personally, I will never go back again to this restaurant. I mentioned this to a neighbor and she told me she has been to several different Chipotle restaurants the music was ALWAYS loud. The food was not exceptional enough to warrant a return visit. There are too many choices for eating out including 2 other restaurants with a similar theme nearby, so adios to Chipotle in Canal Winchester. I love the style of food, but not interested in this restaurant. If you are there for take out, the employees were pleasant and quickly filled our order. No complaints about that... though I go back to the employee wiping the remnants of what was left on tables onto the floor as her preferred method of cleaning. The price is in the ball park so advantage there to going to this restaurant. Finally, they were out of lettuce. LOL. My nephew, who never complains, couldnt believe that they had NO LETTUCE. How do you run out of the cheapest vegetable they probably serve?

Worst experience ever will never eat chipotle again because of it came in just before 4pm Mon Oct 3rd the girl making the burritos was extremely rude and got an attitude because she couldnt listen asked if I wanted beans I said no beans and that I wanted the peppers she put the peppers on the proceeded to put beans on my burrito for no reason and when I said something immediately got an attitude about it and proceed to slop the rest of my burrito together all the way down the line skipping her coe worker just to be rude and give me a sub par burrito she then decided to complete ignore my girl friends request for more rice and gave her attitude as well. Customer service is very important to me when I go out and spend $20 on a meal and today this location failed miserably this was my first time trying chipotle since people were getting sick and I regret it very much. I will never eat chipotle again. Hot heads has more selection and have very good customer service I will eat their from now on.

This location is a very disappointing entry in the Chipotle brand. The service is slow in the extreme and has resulted in waits of well over 20 minutes each time I have eaten at this location. This happens regardless of the time of day. I once waited for 25 minutes in a line that only had 15 people before me. The staff moves without energy or a focus on customer service. They do not take care in preparing your order and often will not prepare it the way you tell them to without repeated prompting. Often times the employees will be talking amongst themselves or wandering the store instead of serving the people in line. Phone orders take precedence, no matter how many customers are waiting and often times the ingredients are poorly prepared. As a long-time, loyal customer I am highly disappointed in the management and staff of this location. Take the time to drive to another location. Your food will be taste better and your wait will be shorter.

Ive eaten at Chipotles all over Ohio, but this is BY FAR the worst one. The service was extremely poor. I waited in line and when they needed to add ingredients to their service line, the staff was off goofing around in the back. The portion sizes were extremely small and the kitchen area wasnt clean. The staff was more concerned with entertaining each other than serving customers. Ive never seen anything like it at any other Chipotle. While I was alone on this particular occasion, I normally have lunch with 5-10 clients at a time. Even though I work only a few miles away, I will never eat there again. There are plenty of other restaurants in our area. I would suggest you avoid this location or go to another Chipotle to get your fix.

The amount of disrespect I felt leaving this location is ridiculous. They were all standing around doing nothing, I had placed an order online so I walked up to the cashier and asked for my online order; both girls looked bored and turned to look at the bag on the back counter then back at me. I said its under maria, then the girl said "I know" In my head Im like ooookay well then if you knew that may I have my order? So when I said nothing She slowly turned around to pick it up and then just dropped it on the counter in front of me.. gave me an awful look and continued a conversation with the other girl.. Will Not Be Back!

Orders are always right and taste as expected for the chain. The interior is kept clean. This is a popular place in Canal Winchester, which means the line is usually long and the parking lot almost always presents a challenge to find a spot. There is often a delay between the last of an ingredient (usually meat or rice) and when more is ready, which prevents the line from moving quickly. The staff is friendly, in our experience and Id like to make it my preferred location, however, the parking and wait make me more likely to go to the Chipotle on Brice Rd.

Im a frequent chipotles customer and Ive never seen anything like I did today. I watched the guy making the burritos and bowls put rice in the bowl, look at it, scoop some rice back out and put back in the container. Then with a burrito he put steak on the rice and scooped sins of it off and put in back. Come my turn he did the same thing with fajita veggies. I understand food cost but thats just cross contamination of the food in my opinion once its in the bowl or burrito it should stay there. I wont be visiting this location again
