So I came here as I was starting my evening of hanging out at Pointe Orlando. We got seated and ordered all our stuff. I ordered a Smoke House Double (An exceptional blend of flavors, this is a one-of-a-kind hamburger. Smoked bacon, crispy sourdough onion rings, cheddar cheese and our special recipe "Smoke House" barbecue-ranch sauce). I added on the unlimited refill fries for $2, and I also got a chocolate peanut butter milkshake. The burger was good. Nothing on it will blow your mind, but you wont be disappointed. The fries are better than I was expecting, and since they offer everyone unlimited fries, they will always be hot and fresh. I gladly had two refills to get my moneys worth. The milkshake was actually very delicious. Easily the best part of the meal for me. It came in a cute little glass, and it came with the big metal cup filled with leftover milkshake. And the flavor was dynamite. I could taste the chocolate and the peanut butter both so clearly, it gave Steak n Shake milkshakes a run for their money. The only thing that could have been better was the service. Our server was super nice and tried her best, but there just was not enough staff on duty, and I was waiting for service a lot longer than I would have liked. Overall, though, I had a good meal, and the atmosphere here is super great. Its the 50s diner feel, in case you didnt know. However, I forgot to mention, they have little juke boxes at the table that used to work the last time I visited one of these places (2011 in Atlanta), but ours this time were not functional, which bummed me out super hard.

Carol, I hope youre reading this! I had Carol as my server on 6-3-17. I had just come from a very expensive restaurant and I was upset with their service. I saw Johnny Rockets and decided to give it a shot. I hadnt been since I was a child, so I didnt really remember what it was like. The inside takes you back to the 50s (Im in my 20s), and it really is like a diner! Everybody was dressed and looked like they were fr that era, it was magical! Carol greeted us and was super nice and even engaged with us in our conversation. She did little things that we havent seen before like smiley face ketchup-it was adorable! Here we were in this little restaurant that sat 89 people and it was 1/4 the price of the place I had just come from, but the food was fantastic, and Carol had such an awesome attitude it was definitely worth going! They have vegetarian options (super yummy), and really good fries as well! The only issue is the parking, but it isnt their fault.they also arent a big enough restaurant to comp parking, but it was only $4-no biggie! I want to thank Carol for saving my Saturday date night (first in a long time)! We live locally, we will be back!

Food is awesome always. I used to come here every year while on vacation with my parents and family when I was a teenager. My favorite part was being able to choose select songs on the juke box on the table and the service would stop and sing and dance and it was so cool funny and fun. So much it became a tradition for my family. Now Im 29 Ive started my own family and we came to Orlando for our first family vacation and I wanted to bring back the tradition but sadly to my disappointment the juke boxes no longer work and the servers no longer do the singing and dancing at this location. They should totally bring that part of Johnny rockets back. I know that the times are changing but you cant beat the classics, at least not this one. The restaurant has a classic theme so what sense does make to get rid of a classic thing? None.

Food was good. No issues. Service sub-par but typical for Orlando. No silverware, no napkins, Soda flat, had to keep getting up to ask for stuff because staff to busy watching YouTube videos and laughing. Guess what? Not busy because we were the only table. Compared to the other 10 JRs Ive been to its obviously just the lack of Customer Service training and attention to detail thats basically inherent in 90% of all businesses around Orlando. Maybe because 80% of customers will never return because their vacationing here and most likely wont be back for years or never. But being a local it kinda sucks. Again. FOOD was good. Shakes good. Staff smiling and helpful once asked. So stop by and eat its good food. But dont be surprised by lack of service its pretty much everywhere here in Orlando not just restaurants.

Over ten minutes of waiting with a large group of 13 people, and more customers behind us, without a single interaction with staff. No hello, no "We are sorry for the wait. How many people do you have so we can find a spot for you." Nope. Nothing but glances and stares at our group as we waited. Another group finally walked up to the other door. Before their group had even full gotten through the door, a staff member walked up to them and offered them a table. If I could give zero stars, I would. We took our money somewhere that wants business.

my last time in this restaurant was awful!! the food and milk shake keep the same pattern, always good!! but we have the worst experience with the waiter! after finish dinner and give the courtesy of 12 % tips he expel us from the restaurant. If it was enough he follow us on the street to get explanations about the amount of 12% instead of 20 %!! this was a absurd!!! I dont recommend this specific johnny rockets to anyone, I felt like a criminal, and no one should have this experience in your vacation

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The food they made us wait 45 minutes for was not worth the wait. "Quick bite to eat" - try the LONGEST time I have ever had to wait for service. Forgot an entire meal- soda uncabonated... if youre looking to eat here- I suggest you try another place. Overpriced garbage- staff always seemed so busy but nobody was getting food... EVERYONE in the restaurant just looking around wondering what is taking so long. WHAT A JOKE.

I came here once for dinner while I was in Orlando for a couple of nights. I had to go back a few nights later just for a shake. I highly recommend the Oreo Cookies N Cream milkshake. Its hard to find hand dipped milkshakes like they they have a Johnny Rockets. They are extremely thick and creamy. My burger was also very good. Employees are friendly, service is quick, and its right by a movie theater. Great food, great location.

I went there a couple of months ago and my husband and I decided to go have lunch. As soon as we walked in we both looked at each other waiting for the other one to say something. When they sat us down we each had a barfing face and said no way lets get out of here. It was the most disgusting smell ever, like rotten meat or something. From that day on I have never been able to go to another burger place.

Would be one star but the food was pretty good. I heard the service in Orlando was bad but this made me a believer. My sons kids meal came with a free drink but since we ordered a kids sized milk before we ordered food the waitress said we had to pay for it. I had to argue over a free kids milk? Who does that? Also they dont validate parking. Or maybe just not mine. Bad service!
