Been a while since I last ate here (use to be great). We stand at the sign that reads "please wait to be seated" for about a minute then we were told "oh, you can sit at any table" we sat down to a dirty table and ants everywhere. We wait 5 minutes to get our menu and drinks, 5 minutes to place our orders, a half an hour to get our meals, and the quality was horrible. Bacon was a burnt, thin, flavorless strip and the bread was small, chewy and topped with what I could assume was imitation butter spread. We get home and 2 out of 4 of us have thrown up and we didnt even finish half our plates. Will NOT go here again.

I had called in my order and when I arrived to pick it up the phone was ringing...one of the girls behind the counter had said "if its that same number Im not answering it" and a few moments later commented that it was "Hillsboro Department of Job and Family Services" (which is where I work and a lot of the employees here order their lunch from the diner) It was very rude. On top of that, the prices are very expensive for what you actually receive.

Service is very slow. It took over 5 minutes just to get menus. When our order was finally taken and our food brought out, it was all wrong. Heard other customers complaining about their service as well. The cooks and wait staff were very loudly expressing their negative feelings about the owner the whole time we were there. Overall, not a good experience. Used to be good though.

I was happy to find a locally own and operated place to eat. The food was nothing special, no real butter for instance, but far better than the corporate competitor.

Cleanliness and care of food prep has gone down drastically in the last year or so. I will not be going back.
