Im not here to bash green tea, Im sure they care about their business and customers. Today I had a bad experience that Im sure is isolated. To start, I ordered my food for delivery. I ordered teriyaki chicken and sushi came with it. When it got here it had no sauce? Wtf? I called an they sad the TARIYAKI chicken is just grilled and comes with no sauce; that the customers dont like it. (Delivery man told me this) okay so call it grilled thin sliced chicken? The sushi and salad was warm. The delivery man told me that its fine to eat and next time to tell them to put it in different bags. That should be comen sense and I should not have to ask. I work Im the food industry and its not okay to be out of the safe zone of hot or cold. He snikerd at me then took the food back and handed me $10 ( what the meal cost, he kept the tip and delivery fee). Thank you! 1. Who delivers food for $10(zero) And 2. I now have missed lunch all together and Im starving. The delivery guy could care less and didnt understand half of what I was saying, I repeated myself multiple times. I will be glad to take this down once they fix the issues at hand.

We. my wife and I have for years been loyal customers to this restaurant dating back in the mid 90s when they had a restaurant called Golden Palace on Riverside Parkway in Lawrenceville. We have followed them through all these years and have been satisfied up till the past year. We do not get that warm and fuzzy feeling we used to get and the smiles and friendliness like they really appreciate your business. Also this irritates me to no end. the staff hardly speaks any English language at all. This is even more frustrating when we do call in orders. If Gina and her husband are burnt out they need to sell the restaurant and move on. I am not happy with the prices and the fact that they charge for delivery to my house. For me to feed a family of 4 diner + delivery charge + plus tip - $60.00 or more. This does not even include beverages. If your looking for a new Chinese restaurant to eat at I would not go here at least until they get there issues resolved. If they ever do. Me and my family are looking for another restaurant.

We went because we were in the mood for Thai food. While it does have Thai on the menu, it must not be their specialty (they also have sushi and American-chinese dishes that Im sure are quite good). I ordered pad Thai and my husband ordered pad see ewe. It came out (alarmingly) fast-- under 5 minutes, which both of our dishes, if the ingredients are cooked together, should take much longer. The chicken in both of our dishes was dry, and overall they were not as flavorful as they should be. If youre thinking of going here for Thai dishes, this is not the place. Also we ordered egg rolls and never got them. :/ The atmosphere is great though! Staff was friendly and fast.

Food is always great the delivery service is horrible I had a driver ask me do I always eat this late because most of his customer is on the west side and its a waste of time to come to me because I order so late due to their closing time omg I get it but I always tip every time no matter how horrible their service is and the way they speak to me sorry people dnt go there I will not be ordering there no more i cant believe this business cause Ive been a server for 8 yrs and I would NVR tell a customer that EFFING BS

Went there for lunch and the waitress was very rude...I told her that I wanted fried rice with my lunch special. She gave me a lecture about how all chinese food comes with rice. I told her I understood that but I preferred fried rice instead of white rice because I was under the impression that you are given a choice. Than she goes on to say they only give you white rice if dont specify otherwise. Sooo... why did i get a lecture correcting me about being right

I am incredibly disappointed with Green Tea. For one I ordered food delivered and ordered two meals both with white rice. Upon realizing I didnt get one of my rices I called back to attempt to rectify the situation and was met with arguing and attitude. On top of that, this is the second time I have gotten delivery and received general tsos sauce that is watery and without flavor. I wont be going back again.

We are new to Dacula and trying out new places for us. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was very good. Had Davids special sushi and Masaman curry with curry. Both were yummy. Want to come back and try a Mongolian dish which people were raving about. Definitely be back and happy to find a good Asian restaurant nearby with Japanese, Chinese and Thai offerings.

Just bit I didnt try the chinese Seems like this place is asian diner for dacula Not bad cozy place !!

Horrible. I made my order while on my way home from work. I was going to be home later then what they quoted me so I called to let them know, apparently they dont answer their phones. I called 5 times all going to voice mail after ringing for 2 minutes. Im not ordering again.

Ordered the Lewis roll and chicken teriyaki, the chicken was seasoned so thickly I had to scrape it off with a fork, Lewis roll was deep fried too long and the almond chunks it was coated in did not mesh well at all... certainly not worth nearly thirty dollars for the two

Ordered the chicken and vegetable ... Luckily I look at what Im eating before each bite because there were maggots cooked in with my food. When confronting the owners the sushi chef questioned how I even noticed it... So disgusting!!

Horrible experience. The person who took my order added $10 to his tip on the receipt that I signed! Dont order the Happy Family. They charged me $18 for the meal and its exactly the same size as the other $8 meals. RIPOFF!

My favorite place to go for Chinese and has been for 15+ years. The Mongolian Chicken & Fried Dumplings are to kill for. Food always comes quickly and I dont ever recall having to ask for drink refills.

Sushi is really good. Pricing is on par for the area. Our service was great, too. Sushi chef talked to us and was very nice. Definitely will go back.
