I am not sure what was wrong with our waitress. There was a special on "roast pork and dressing" i asked what it was and she annoyedly responded, "its roast pork.....and dressing" i asked if it came with potato salad and carrots like a pot roast and she shrugged. When the food arrived, before putting down my sons pancakes she told us they were burned, as a statement of fact that she had no intention of doing anything about. They indeed were burned and my son picked though them peeling off the burned areas.

The Saline Inn is a good family restaurant that has great, quick service and good food. The decor is pretty Spartan, but it is clean and always bustling... one of those places you can tell serves good food just because of the always busy parking lot. It doesnt server fancy food, but the burgers and sandwiches are good and served quick. I think of it as more of a good place for breakfast and lunch. For dinner Ill likely head somewhere else .

The remodel after the fire is very nice, looks clean and new. I had a gyro which was good. My only complaint was one of the waitresses was wearing SHORTS which were to the knees however her bare legs were coversed with multiple scabs, sores, and open wounds! GROSS! I believe state law requires full length pants to be worn in food service. If it doesnt, IT SHOULD! Lost my appetite. ... :(

The food at the saline and is not to be missed. This place serves great food at reasonable prices. I discovered this place on the way back from my on-site job and I can tell you this anytime Im back in the area I will definitely be stopping for this good food. I highly recommend this place.

The food was bland, the coffee tasted burnt, and the prices were way too high. Any Coney Island would be cheaper and have better food. Service was prompt and definately with a smile. Nice people. Let me finish after close without rushing me. Might try again and see how it goes.

Always a great place for breakfast. Classic diner food that isnt greasy, the staff is incredibly friendly. I live in Ann Arbor and would choose the Saline Inn over Fleetwood Diner on any given day. Fair prices for full plates and delicious food.

The staff is courteous, the food quite good and affordable. There are always lots of patrons, which does not affect the service. Our food came fast and coffee refills came at regular intervals. Will certainly go back.

Always good for breakfast! True breakfast food, no pretenses. I cannot get an Irish omelette made like theirs anywhere else. Wholesome food & fuel with generous portipns and some coffee refills. My go-to place.

Good food and fast service; waitress was rude; messed up my order and then told me she would bring me a side order if the correct item but no mention of the charge. All handled as if it were my fault.
