Chicken in original recipe was overcooked, dry and when I went up to complain service suddenly went downhill. Front counter acted as if I had a non complaint. Said she would find out in the back. Overheard the one employee say fresher chicken would be ready in five minutes to which I was not even given that as an option as I would have waited for the fresh chicken. Instead her response was to give me another piece from more of the same overcooked chicken. I am not a happy camper. This place usually maintains better than this. Husband had cookie and when ate that usually delicious, fresh treat, complained it was stale. Cmon people...

This is by far the worst kfc from here to akron. Everytime I have gone here they have shorted me chicken or mashed potatoes. You generally get about 70 percent of the food you order. Im not joking. Idk if there keeping the food or they just cant count I really dont know it happened Atleast five times I finally called and asked the last time. They diddnt seem surprised that just said oh well will write it down and you can come back if you want. Also I ordered a doublicious sandwich. Not good bread was hard as a rock. Find another place to eat its not worth the hassle

I went to this KFC to order food for my grandfather when he wasnt feeling good and hes a picky eater the cashier was very understanding very helpful and very pleasant they got my order exact it was fast and it was fresh and it was delicious I would recommend this KFC too friends family Travellers or locals my son also had a blast he only likes to eat the legs and not the thighs so they were able to exchange that out with no extra charge the cashier interacted with my son very well they read back the order and made me feel like I was a worthy customer

Witnessed the best example of customer service today. Kudos to your staff who handled a big rush of customers quickly and professionally. One employee, I think his name was Terry, treated a 6 year old child with dignity and respect. He talked to him on his level and thanked him and called him "sir". Made this childs day. Thank you. Hes a keeper.

Traveling back to West Virginia we stopped in to grab a bite. The air conditioner had busted or something and I gave my husband the lets get out of here look But the younge man who was at the cash register (Anthony) was. his name was so friendly and welcoming that we order. Kudos to him very good customer service..
