Not impressed at all. The delivery took 2 hours and the meal was lukewarm. The size of the sides (mashed potatoes and cole slaw) where not enough for two people to share, the containers were not even half full. The cole slaw was warm, making it disgusting. The menu says "4 biscuits" but only two were in the box with the chicken, they packed 2 biscuits in the same box with 8 pieces of chicken so you can imagine the biscuits were pretty much flattened into a mass of dough. I dont think Ill ever order from this place again. I wish I could get my money back, terrible experience.

I feel ashamed to say this but at one point I ordered off of them every day in one week. People get mad about how longer the delivery takes and I literally live down the street from the restaurant but they tell you how long they will be so you should expect that time and I have 5 days that are ordered only once did they take a long time but they apologized and assured me my food was on the way and after that it was here in 5 minutes. All their food is Amazing by the way the chicken tenders their wings their curly fries everything people are really friendly also working there

I have to admit, the 1st time I tried this place is horrid. It was at the OBT location so I was reluctant to try it again once I moved near their Americana store. I took a chance and its one I would take over and over again. Good, cheao, quality food and a friendly atmosphere othet than the thugs hanging out around the parking lot

I love these people I never had a problem with customer service. These ppl will deliver everywhere they about they money. Plus the food is so damn good. This is halal american food they use beef bacon and kill there animals with love. I taste the love and the chicken. This place was obviously blessed by god

Tried this place out late one evening. Food is amazing! I ordered fried chicken with barbecue sauce and fries. It was delicious, hot, and fresh! Did I mention it was delivery? The barbecue sauce was sweet and tangy. If youre from Chicago, itll put you in the mind of mild sauce.

Its good food but they mess up orders a lot and the customer service sucks their O.B.T. location is better.Order your food then go pick it up so you wont have to wait with all the ghetto rif raf hanging around.
