Awful experience got to the speaker and they were to busy talking to each other and told us to hold finally got to us and we order two sandwiches told them there was more and told us our total before we even got done ordering they were still to busy just playing around talking. pulled up to the window and girl had an attitude because we had to finish our order at the window like it was our fault. Worse experience anywhere.

Had to wait 15 min for fries to be cooked, sat in the parking lot with 5 other cars waiting for fries at lunch time. Foods great, staff brought out food and apologized, but I just dont understand how you dont have fries cooked at lunch. Not the first time its happened.

The customer service was terrible and food was less than decent. They put my food on the table and when I asked if it was mine the lady had an attitude. Then I asked for ketchup and the dude just gave me one packet for my whole meal. I will never come here again.

Always good here. I come about once a week because I know the food will be good. Never had an issue with service. The place is always clean. Today, my food was ready before I even got my change. Love Popeyes Chicken and red beans and rice.

They have the rudest people working here! Every time I come here I get treated like crap. The manager Carla is the worst, I dont know how she got that promotion. New management is a must! Train the employees how to treat a customer.

The employees were nice enough. My problem was spending $28.75 for chicken and pulling a one inch white or silver hair out of a large red beans and rice...it was gross. These days, there is no excuse for hair in food!

Went through the drive thru today and tried the new Beer Can Chicken. The chicken was room temperature and over cooked. If I didnt have a meeting to get to I would have returned it.
