If u dont care about service and respect, by all means go to this Popeyes location. First time I had to wait 45min for spicy chicken after they said 15min wait. I had to wait for it since they had already charge me. When I went inside to see where is my chicken, nobody knew I was waiting for all this time. They started to make d order. Manager couldnt care less. So I came back, maybe they had a bad day that first time right? Wrong!!! Pulled in the drive thru to b greeted by some dude that seems like he had a chicken bone in his mouth and couldnt talk properly. I ordered and he put me on hold, then a girl ask for my order, then she puts me on hold, then the same chicken bone guy ask my order again. I could not tolerate the ridiculously bad service and respect this people got for the paying customer and just left. Whoever is running this Popeyes should just close it down. I rather drive a lil farther to KFC.

Dont get me wrong, I love Popeyes, but this location is probably the worst one Ive been to. I always order a tenders meal with fries and an extra side of gravy (just the gravy, no mashed potatoes) and they literally put enough gravy to cover the bottom of the small side cup and that was it! That was disappointing because you have to pay the full price for a regular cup of mashed potatoes even if youre only getting gravy. I was also disappointed with the tiny tenders I got with that meal, they were a little overcooked, overbreaded, and way too skinny to be considered a full tender. I havent been back to this location since.

As a customer my experience with this popeyes was extremely poor professionalism, I heard the manager using lots of profanity manager wearing baggy pants with underwear showing, I asked for popcorn shrimp with 2 tenders and biscuit and side of fries, received just two tenders and fries no biscuit no popcorn shrimp, when I asked for my shrimp she made a big was deal about it using profanity AGAIN... AND THEN...What popeyes you know closes at 9:00.

Every time I come here they are always out of something and the wait time is ridiculous. Some employees are nice but the younger ones and management are just downright atrocious. They are not scared to roll their eyes or smack their teeth right in front of you. Dont waste your time here go up the street to semoran and lake Underhill, you always get a bang for your buck at that location.

Theres always horrible service. Every. Single. Time. If I didnt like the food so much I wouldnt even go. I dont know whats so difficult about being polite. Im not one of those people who asks for much, but be nice to your customers. I said my order plainly and every time its messed up. I used to go all the time but now its only every few months just because the service is so horrible.

Because Im a sucker for their food, Ive been there 3 times, and is gotten progressively worst with each visit. The food is good, and that is about the only thing positive about this location

The staff is horrible... Not only the staff.. I ask to speak to the manager Cheryl... And she was the worst of them all, sucking her teeth and snapping her neck..lol straight ghetto.. I recommend you dont order or eat in there find another Popeyes.. you will thank me later

Just left. They have no popcorn chicken. We have to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to cook. They have no tea. The service is horrible. How are you gonna have a Popeyes even still open if you dont even have anything. Either change the management or close it down!

Best Popeyes Ive been to. I walked in 10 min before closing and everyone was so nice and didnt act like they were closing. They made me fresh chicken strips and even let me enjoy my food in the dining room without rushing me. Great food and customer service :)

The food was good but I went and had to wait 10 minutes and the gal told me she would hook me up with a couple extra wings for my weight she didnt do it and they were out of napkins and I asked for some and she looked at me and gave me a dirty look

They are out of chicken constantly. An hour and a half before closing, the chairs are up on the tables ready to close up for the night. Orders are rarely correct at drive thru
