First, we drove up to the aroma of marijuana wafting through our car window. Two young ladies sitting in a jeep were smoking. They happened to be employees which we found out upon leaving. The actual restaurant was filthy and the employees seemed to be aloof to the fact. There was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom. Instead, there were coarse brown bulk paper towels for you to wipe with. The dining area was appalling and thats putting it nicely. No table was clean. All drink supplies and napkins were in the packaging still. Unprofessional. Not recommended.

This place is so slow...the cashier does not greet you, it seems like everything I ordered she had to ask if they had it or if there would be a wait. This place seems like it is busy all the time, do they not cook the chicken and biscuits at a steady pace to keep up? Then after you get your order in the cashier doesnt thank you she just stands there and stares at the next customer. I do not recommend going here if you dont have time to wait (up to 20 min)

I no joke waited over an hour for potato wedges here.... if you wanna wait hours and be talked about rudly by a manager who litterally turned his back to me and said idk what she said i wasnt listening.... i was so angry lol this place has no management and is the most awful service ive EVER seen like i said i waited an hour for potato wedges and all my food was super cold i hope they just close it

Long line at drive thru. You bet the folks inside were working hard! We appreciated them being so nice considering it was so busy and long line. Rude customers in line obviously never worked a hard job like this so they need to get a life if they complain about slow service. Get a life. Antoinette was especially nice at the drive thru.

Workers are usually nice, however the wait time in the drive-thru is ridiculous. Every time Ive come here Ive waited for at least 15 minutes , even when there are only 1 or 2 people in front of me. I love KFC but this is ridiculous. The long wait makes me not even want to come here.

Service is something to be desired here. I guess beef quesorito now come with refried beans. The manager watched it get made and it was wrong. The place was slightly cleaner this time. Eat here in a lunch but not permanently

This place is so bad it took 26 minutes and that is with 3 cars in front of me leaving otherwise I would expect a 40 minute wait. This was at 8pm at night not during a rush or lunch hour.

We went twice in 2 days, and neither time did they have what we wanted to order. When we finally settled for something else, what we received was incorrect. This was a lesson learned.

Serve dried out chicken . I requested for fresh made chicken & cashier promise of a 15 min wait & I waited went back to the counter they never made it . Im not going back there .

They need to separate the KFC and Taco Bell from this building asap. Understaffed/super slow and they undercook your food. The employees are very nice though.

Pretty average for a fast food place, however can be very slow at times. Ive waited 18 minutes before on 2 chicken tenders. Staff is typically pleasant.

A combo Taco Bell/KFC location. Seems to have full menus from both. Quick Drive thru. Easy to get to, close to a movie theater and hotels.
