On June 8, 2017 around 8pm my husband, son and I was eating at this establishment....the food was not hot. The manager was taking money then going back into the kitchen bringing out food to put on buffet table then returned to checkinv new customers in the whole time we were there. In addition, he was answering the phone and making to-go order....in thus time he never washed his hands..As we were winding up our dinner my husband wanted a couple more of crag legs and he asked the waitress for more. The waitress yell up to manager and asked the manger in chinese could my husband have more crab legs....he stated something in their language. I watched the same waitress bring crab legs out to a table in front of us ....I then proceeded to ask her can my husband have some crab legs and she told me to ask the manager. The manager came over and told me and my husband that it was a one plate limit because of the rise of cost in crab legs.I told him I did not see that and he did state anything when we entered....He stated it was a note that was fine pring on the buffet window and on a bulltien behind the registrar. I told him I came here to eat crab legs that was my whole purpose....he stated we did not have to come back and we were the only ones that has had a problem....i told him that was not professional to bring a plate to a customer after my husband has asked for some crab legs and I witness the table that received the crab legs had a plate already. I felt it was racial because we were the only black people in the establishment. I would not recommend this place to my dog..horrible customer service and the food and crab legs was not as good. I see why alot of the Chinese restaurants are going out of BUSINESS.

Avoid at all cost! Our table was filthy and the food was cold and old tasting. In fact the few items left on the desert table were so old they had the texture of sawdust!. . . and the taste! My husband felt badly about bringing me there so he offered me a deep fried sugar roll. The top was rather soft but the bottom was hard as a rock. Couldnt get my teeth through it. It wasnt burnt it was old OLD! Had probably been sitting there all day on that warming tray. Tried to find something worth eating, egg rolls YUCK!, tempura chicken , just OK!, Packaged “hot” mustard that isnt hot and also has a funny flavor. Fruit very hard and they dont have knives????, and all of it had a similar taste as though it was stored close to something it absorbed the taste from. Service was OK but the minute we put a tip down the waitress swooped down and actually grabbed it up saying, “OH! Thats mine!”. WE hadnt even put the rest of our money back in our wallets yet! I repeat, AVOID AT ALL COST!

I have been going here off and on for years. The food is excellent for a buffet. I love the healthy choices they offer like baked salmon and fresh fruits and vegetables. The women who bring you your drinks and take away your dirty dishes do an amazing job. I always leave a nice tip for them even though this restaurant is a buffet where I think people generally dont tip at all. What I dont like about it is the unfriendliness of the man and woman who manage the restaurant/operate the cash register. The woman in particular is borderline rude at the register. The other thing I dont much like is the clientele. Lots of grossly overweight people who come here and eat plate after plate of fried food, heaped as high as they can stack it. Its almost repulsive to watch. Again, come here for the cheap, fast, convenient, and relatively healthy choices and and try to ignore the unpleasant managers and customers.

If I could give this 0 stars I would food all old and nasty. Me and a friend wanted crab legs only really I only had so much cash so I asked before being seated how much would it be with taxes he quoted $23.58 thats all I had so okay. We sit and wait they bring out maybe a fourth of bin of crab legs and we waiting on more they place a BS sign stating due to rising costs one plate if crab legs per person and really didnt bring any out. Never been to a place they put a limitation on buffet food. Then the waitress rushes the check and the ask we ready to pay to add a 3 dollar tip for herself automatically. I told her what he quoted was not 26.58 it was 23.58 she said 3 dollar tip I said I dont have it she had the nerve to ask me why... Ill never be back.

Old food.. Spring rolls arent traditional spring rolls.. Theyre more like sausage cream cheese rolls. Service was fine, other than seeing them almost run other customers over.. As my company and I were leaving a man asked them to add fresh food to the buffet and the server stood there like she didnt know what was going on for about three minutes. The lo mein and green beans were about the only foods that were decent (even they had sat under the heat lamps for a long time). I wont be returning.. And I feel like I paid $30 for frozen yogurt and to sit smelling old dirty carpet the whole time I was eating... Gross!

They falsely advertise their hours of operation. Their website plainly shows a closing time of 10:00pm. Website also shows busy times and slow times. The slow time might be due to the fact that they turn people away at the door. (Us, and the couple, who came in behind us. Who knows how many more were turned away after we left?!) 9:00 is NOT 10:00! Very unfair for customers to check website, for open hours, drive all the way there, just to be treated so badly. Obviously, they have enough money, and do NOT need our business. (This is NOT an isolated incident; its a regular occurrence.)

This place was gortible the raw chicken amd beef for the Hibachi grill was rancid and bad.i tild them about this after they cooked the food on the hibachi grill i smelled the sour meat smell they got an attitude and tried to overtalk me. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!!!!!!! SMALL SELECTION OF GOOD FOR $10.99 ATTITUDES ALL AROUND NO SORRIES FROM THEM NO WE WILL GET UBFRESH FOOD NO THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE FOOD TRAYS THE HEALTH DEPT SHOULD BE CALLED ON THEM!

My family and I tried Eastern Buffet for the first time and we were not very satisfied. Compared to some of the other buffets we have tried. The food was cold/ Luke warm. They didnt have items refilled, the walls next to our booth was dirty and uninviting. Customer service was horrible and not very friendly. The waitress was only friendly towards us when she saw me counting my money to pay the bill. FIRST EXPERIENCE SUCKED AND WONT BE BACK !

It was horrible! They claimed to have a sushi buffet, but they dont make sushi, its pre-made and sitting out, and what is there is what you get. HORRIBLE. Additionally, they claimed to have a "hibachi grill" in which are able to pick your veggies and meat and they cook it for you, but none of the meat was cooked and it tasted horrible! Even the ice cream was bad. My fiance and I wasted $22.00 going here, dont waste your time!
