This place is a moderate disappointment generally. Its a HUGE disappointment if you are a fan of other, better Sweet Tomatoes/Soup Plantation locations. From the start, the floors were sticky (really everything was sticky and looked suspect/uncleaned), there were no clean spoons, no lemons, no sweet tea (especially egregious for the south), and no napkins with silverware, forcing you to find room on the sticky, unsanitary looking trays to bring it to the table. The salads were decent. The add-on ingredients for the salad were also OK. Everything else was... Off. Muffins that were chewy/stale. No chocolate ice cream in the soft serve, and the vanilla was runny/empty. Soups looked watery with an oily film on the top. The foccacia (cheese bread) was again old, chewy, seemed stale. There was barely anyone there, maybe thats why they felt they didnt have to replace or change over anything. Pass on this one. If you are set on Sweet Tomatoes, at least find another location. The Costco snack bar across the parking lot is much better for your money, and less likely to make you sick.

I left my sunglasses at sweet tomato. Came back one day later the server was nice and told me she found them and put them at the managers stations. From there an employee STOLE them. When I talked to the GM. She said she intercepted my email to corporate and did a staff meeting and asked the staff. The employees all said they never seen them. The manager never call me to let me know that she talked to the staff about. So I went back into that location and talk to the GM again. The GM had a poor attitude about the situation, offered me nothing, no alternative, no assurance to help me cope with the situation, just shrugged her shoulders and said ST is not responsible for things left there even though it was in their possession. When I asked about the security system she said that there is no surveillance system at the register and employees could if they want to remove money from the register without anyone knowing who did it because of this lack of security. ***more updates coming soon! ***

We went to this Sweet Tomatoes because we read online that they clearly label their gluten free foods on the salad bar. As I have gluten sensitive children, this helps us very much. First of all, not a single dressing was labeled as gluten free (apparently they are all). Second, we watched a worker handle a gluten item and then plunge her gloves into a gluten free food. When I commented, I was told it wasnt enough gluten transfer for her to be worried. Third, the young woman at the front couldnt process my visa gift card because she doesnt know how to run it was a credit card. When I tried to explain age argued with me. I asked her to run it again as a partial payment as a credit card, she deliberately ran it as a gift card to get it declined, then pointedly turned and handed me the card to make her point. When I gave her a different form of payment she fawned all over me, syrupy sweet in her sympathy. Definitely not a location to which I will return.

This Sweet Tomatoes location is the best Sweet Tomatoes location weve ever had the pleasure of eating at! The place is kept nicely and very clean all the time. The manager Oscar, and the staff there provide excellent customer service and my family and I enjoy going there on a regular basis. They have a wide variety of freshly prepared salads and salad bar where we can choose our own toppings. We always love the soups there. We are all very health conscious and feel as if we can eat anything we want there and as much as we want. Out of all the locations weve ever been to this is truly the best and are willing to drive the extra mile to get there.

Sweet tomatoes is a great place for all-you-can-eat salad buffet and soups with a few other goodies (pizza, cheese bread, potatoes, muffins, brownies, and cookies on request), and a great place to go if you have a group of various people with different tastes. Its a really good idea to always come with a coupon in hand since they regularly mail coupons via email (if you sign up for their Club Veg) or post. Ive found the email coupons tend to be a little better than the ones you get via post. They have a different special food or theme every month, so you can try some different good things if you come once a month.

I am normally a big fan of sweet tomatoes but this was my first time visiting this particular location. The forks were nowhere to be found, and when I did manage to find a couple by the hot foods they were covered in dry food. The soups were stocked but we had to wait for everything else to be put out... Especially at the salad bar on one side of the line in particular (I found myself jumping from each side of the salad bar just to get all the toppings I wanted.) It seemed like the manager had already left for the day and the dinner crew wasnt held very accountable.

I come here about 2/3 times a week with my son. We usually love it and come to this one specifically even though there are 2 others within a closer distance. I dont know if they were having an odd night tonight...but almost everything was overcooked. Dirty plates were left on my table forever. When I asked for some honey whip the lady behind the counter push the empty tin over to me and basically told me to scrape it. When I didnt do that...she reluctantly refilled it while rolling her eyes. I almost never write reviews...but this experience was THAT awful.

We go at least once a month because my kids love this place for some reason. The price is good for a all you can eat salad and soup place. Only two stars for this location due to the inconsistency. Actually this location gets worse each time we go. Something always go wrong with this location. Either the yogurt machine is not working or they run out of their special of the day dessert. Last time we went the chicken noodle soup was barely warm and after 2 complaints they finally took it back and warm it up. Hope nobody got sick.

God awful. Went with the family at 6 pm on a Sunday. The main salad line was trashed. Additionally, they were out of basics like tomatoes and cucumbers. No forks. Dining room. Trashed. Over half the tables just sitting dirty. Drink station. Trashed. Syrup and spilled drinks everywhere. Out of straws. Hot line. Out of mac n cheese. No pizza ready. The signiture blueberry muffins had not a single solitary blueberry...in any of them. Run as fast as you can from this very poory run restaurant.

The salad is usually good with one big exception. The chain promotes itself with images of large, ripe, juicy tomatoes. In the decades that Ive been coming here (my husband adores this place) I have NEVER seen ANYTHING but tiny, hard, rock tomatoes. Misrepresentation at its finest. Please erect a new sign that only has tiny cherry tomatoes. Youll also need to rip up your carpet which also promotes large tomatoes. Heres an idea --->new name: Tiny Tomatoes

As Sweet Tomatoes go, this one is okay. Some servers are great while others are okay. The management isnt particularly warm or welcoming most of the time. They tend to skimp on the ingredients to their specialty salads (e.g. very few strawberries in their strawberry salad) unlike other Sweet Tomatoes Ive been to. If youre craving Sweet Tomatoes, its fine, but I wouldnt go out of my way to eat here.
