I have to say this store has really stepped up its game in the past couple of years. After the ownership change from Frischs back to corporate running the store things at first werent too great. There were some changes that I dont think a lot of people liked but this store is very responsive to customer input! They love their customers and want to keep them happy. I think this is a reflection of the management there even more so than corporate. I have been going all the time since they started the all day breakfast. The recent remodel is mostly finished and everything is looking brand new and top notch. I cant say enough how much this store and the staff appreciates its customers and wants to make them happy.

We got here just before the dinner rush. The place was busy, but for as busy as it was, the food was barely warm to cool. Cotton candy was pre-bagged , unlike our local restaurant where they make it on the spot for you. The food was not marked well. Drinks didnt get refilled as much as we thought they should. Once the waitress came to bring our drinks, but then couldnt remember where the drinks went.

The only good thing I can say about this place that the bathroom was clean. The food is cheaply made with lots of artificial ingredients. The meat is the worst i have seen in a long time. The steaks are pure fat. If you are looking for a cheap place to eat and dont care about your health go for it - otherwise stay away from that place. I wont give you more than a tummy ace ..

Had to hunt down the waitress to get a refill she was to preoccupied on gossip between the servers station and following a grill cook outside. For almost 35 dollars for 2 people to eat with water to drink a 2 dollar tip seemed appropriate and honestly she was lucky to get that. Very disappointed with the hole time food sucked service sucked. Last time we will eat there again

Who doesnt like a good buffet? Always a good selection of food, waddle out the door every time. If I were to comment negatively about one food item, it would be the steak. It was cooked exactly how I like (medium rare), but the meat seems grisly. I guess Im spoiled by ribeye! The hostess that took our money was very pleasant and our waitress did a wonderful job.

I thought I was disappointed with GC because of the location that I had tried over the past few years. Unfortunately Ive realized its the franchise. If you like all you can eat cafeteria food, youve found your place. As for me, I will never eat at a GC again. Good people...bad, just bad food. I basically forced myself and kids to eat.

I dont even know where to start. My bill was 52 dollars and some change, I check my bank statement and they charged me $62.56. I called and told them about it, they tried to blame my bank. Then my brother found a hair in his mac and cheese. All the workers were rude and didnt care about our experience!

The food was pretty fresh. Its always crowded and sometimes people forget their manners at home. But our server was nice. Good luck if you need to ask a question of someone behind the food counters. They hardly look at you, let alone engage with their customers.

food is good and had good service except when i went to get steak i got fat the steak had 2 biets of meat and when getting more the cook said back allready i ask for a med and what i got was pink meat and blood i was to ambaresd to ask for more

After coming to this restaurant my entire family became sick and began to puke, Everyone also began to have stomach pains and headaches. Thanks for the food poisoning I DO NOT recommend coming here, goes to show you eat food at your own risk.

Great if you like buffet style eating. Plenty of options. Food is hot and well stocked. Staff on top of keeping food available. Meat chef very accommodating when preparing steaks to order right in front of me so that she got it just right.

Go early before it gets crowded. No fun watching the feeding frenzy. Food is good and selections range from wholesome to excessively sweet/fatty. You can actually eat responsively if you stay away from the right-side decadence.

Good quality food. Usually friendly service. Sometimes the line cooks make themselves scarce so as not to constantly scoop ice cream or make omelets for the hungry guests. Cant say i blame them though.

I visited this place with my grand children on Mothers Day and it was not packed as I thought it would be. The selection of food was mediocre and the food was cold. The server Deonna was wonderful.

If your looking for a hustle-bustle all you can eat buffet .. great place. If your looking for a quiet less crowded dining experience not so good.
