I arrived at this location with my 2 children (11 & 9) and was greeted by a friendly cashier. We order the buffet. As my children and I got our food we began to search for a clean table and couldnt find one. I asked the cashier if she could clean one of the tables. She stopped what she was doing and came out to clean the table. I asked her if she was working by herself because I saw the other employees in the back lolly gagging. She just shrugged her shoulders. I went to the mens room to wash my hands and there was no soap or paper towels. I ended up going to the car to get my disinfecting wipes for me and my children to use for our hands. One of the employees in the back must have heard my comment to the cashier earlier because when I went to the buffet the cashier asked is there a problem. I told her for one, there wasnt any soap or paper towels in the restroom. She told me the mens room was out of order. I asked why there wasnt a sign stating that. She then says is there anything else. Sensing the attitude I told her no. She then tells my son that he cant be at the buffet without a parent. My son point to me as Im standing right behind him. She says "well you have to fix his food" I tell her he is 9 years old he is tall enough and capable to reach his own food. She then says "well children sometimes make a mess so you have to fix his food" I told her I will stand here and make sure that doesnt happen. Thats when she loses it talking negatively under her breath saying "dont say nothin else to me" and "I dont have to take this" I told her that she was being funny because of what I told the cashier. Then she really loses it screaming and telling me dont say anything else to her. The manager comes out and asks her what happened. The story she gives was contrary to what happened. When I tried to tell the manager what happened she cuts me off and begins yelling again. The manager told her to go to the back and I told the manager do I need to say anything else? Never got an apology. I reported the incident to the corporate office and still never got an apology. I just reported them to the BBB.

Went over a month ago....was very dissatisfied. Went through the drive thru and ordered the 3 piece meal box and the popcorn and tender box. The popcorn and tender box that was for my son was ok he said....but mine wasnt. My original recipe was very dry and the breast rubbery....as if they didnt thaw the chicken all of the way before cooking it! The potato wedges were cold and dry. The young girl that took my money acted as if she didnt understand what I said when I asked her for a "drink carrier" smh! No plastic ware...snh. The only two ITEMS that were good was the biscuit and the mac n Cheese. I had said that I would be done with this location and the Colonel alltogether ! But I did give it one more try....and went to the Big Chicken this time and was pleased. I will not return to the one in Smyrna anymore! Very dissatisfied to say the least!

I went thru the drive thru specifically asked for no pickles on my chicken littles and of course I get back to work and pickles on all my sandwiches. Then they forget to give me my lemonade and I have to get back in line. The chicken is old and hard and Im just tired of trying to patronize your location. The last time my staff came in for the buffet and it had food wasted near the food and it just needed some organization. I am bringing this old food back. NO STARS

Went through the drive thru and it took 30 mins to get 12 hot wings. When the manager was notified she immediately gave me my money back and then went to the lobby and sat with her friends /family. I felt getting my overlyr delayed food out show have been her priority however 5 minutes after it was taken out of the fryer and the nice drive thru worker put my food in a box, the manager came to see if the food was done. This location needs improvement.

Horrible service. I came here in drive thru this evening with a double order. No utensils given, had to repeat my order multiple times, and just like the 3 cars before me i had to pull up. Also forgot my sides to my nashville chicken box and gave me the honey mustard one instead of nashville hot. Only good thing the young lady at the window was nice and friendly. Other than that they should close down

I deserve my money back and then some. Recommend replacing entire staff. Food prep guy was absolutely not sober. Drive thru attendant didnt seem to know where she was. Chicken felt like it had been sitting in water and i found THREE seperate hairs in it?! Cookie was burnt, no honey after i asked and was told its in the bag. At least i paid $5 for decent mashed potatoes!

KFC on Cobb parkway.... Famous for running out of chicken. Seriously this KFC ran out of chicken and it took 20 minutes to get the food and they were rude and made it seem like it was our fault they didnt have any chicken. Seriously close your store. Or have your district manager fire all of you and hire new employees that actually do their job.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly person behind the counter that greeted me. My order was correct, they even apologized for the wait (it was a big order). Many folks were ordering the buffet (who knew that was a thing). If you do order it, make sure you request your chicken before you sit down as it isnt available on the buffet.

We went yesturday 09/29/13 this place has roaches a lot of them and not friendly at all we had the buffet and it was out of several things we asked several times for the macaroni and biscuits and the manager said they would not put out any more and that is what the kids eat the most experience was awful

Let me start out by saying that I love KFC! The problem at this particular location is that they dont always have the freshest items available for one to consume. I literally sat for 25 minutes waiting on KFCs original fried chicken. In that time span the gravy harden and the mac n cheese, (No Comment).

Me and my friend went here today and got treated like straight trash in the middle of the streets. HORRIBLE SERVICE by the Drive Thru lady Trice. I will never eat here again! And the lemonade taste like straight water. They need to do better. The food here is decent, the service is horrible.

My car broke down in their parking lot and they were extremely accommodating with helping me get some water to add to the radiator and the store manager himself assisted me and even gave me a comped meal because I was having car troubles. Awesome Service!

My husband & I just love KFC, this one could do a lil better. Beans were old & stiff. The young guy at the register could care less, the chicken is always small for some reason. But, the lobby was really clean, the bathroom was clean & supplied as well.
