GREAT FOOD!!!!! Just left there, its 1pm on Sat. Everything was spectacular door wise. The place was very clean, no food anywhere on the floor. I have read all of the reviews yet the majority of the complaints are absolutely correct. The wait staff are all looking for a Tip even if they had never waited on you before. We (2 of us) had the same (tall) waiter when getting the empty plates off the table, & asking if we needed anything else, but as soon as she brought us the check a crowd of waiters just stood around to see when we were actually ready to pick it up and head up to the front. Before my husband could even stand up good, here runs over a (short) waiter bomb rushed him before he could get his 2nd leg from under the table, she grabbed the ticket before he could even look at it, he had to snatch it from her like she snatched it from him to even check the price. Then she walked right beside him until he got to the register and the price was totally different then what its suppose to be. First of all, when you walk in the door the Dinner your starts on Sat & Sun at 3pm with the price $11.49, it was 1pm when leaving so it was still lunch time, 2nd the total was $26+ for just 2 people and one had tea and the other had water (keep in mind they hate for you to order water) WTF!! Weekday LUNCH price is $8.49 Big as day when entering w/ DINNER $10.49.... NOW WHY THE HELL THE ORDER BEFORE DINNER IS HIGHER ON THE WEEKENDS!!!! THEN THE WAITER STOOD THERE WAITING ON A TIP THAT SHE DINT EVEN EARN!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!! * * * * SOLUTION * * * * GET BETTER SERVICE CAUSE IF THIS CONTINUES YOU WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS MUCH LONGER!!!!!

Food is of high quality, especially given sheer volume of patrons. I went on a Sunday at peak lunch. Best to avoid peak times but if not, they didnt run out of anything, and have watchers. I noticed food being replenished at half way mark during likely one of the most super busy time, Sunday Noon onward. Restroom surprisingly clean, food quality excellent. Demonstrated care everywhere I looked, even mens room during peak! Always made sure I had enough hot tea. Spare ribs, rib eye steak, crawdads, they even feature beat tasting frog legs Ive ever had. Poultry cook through the bone. If i had to eat raw fish I would here. Covered drop off and pickup zone under brick footing gabled permanent structure. It was raining. People waiting for tables to open spilling out into that area, that busy, that much volume served, yet they never ran out. Of a n y t h i n g . And quality was maintained in service and food. Unbeatable. As far as buffets, this Hibachi, on 140/92 Norcross toward Roswell/Johns Creek is at the top of the foodchain for metro Atlanta. I will be back, even though I live in Acworth, for sure. Facility is good, well kept, serving hundreds- perfect for families, and if youre stark r@ving hungry and want good food on demand as fast as you can get it with huge selection and it’s all good. Something for all, vegetarian or especially if not. Superior. A1 steak sauce, what buffet does that? THIS one. Frog legs, crab legs, are you kidding me? No, its real. They feed an army all the time and they so it with care. Dont know how but thwy did. Excellent management and employees.

La comida está más o menos, el servicio de las meseras pésimo, no saludan, te avientan las cosas, además una de las meseras llamada Jennifer jalo del brazo a mi hija solo porque mi hija estaba junto a ella cuando ésta mesera limpiaba la mesa del otro lado pedí hablar con el manager o alguien a cargo y supuestamente nadie hay a cargo ahí. Por mi parte jamás vuelvo a ir.

This is the most disgusting restaurant in the world and these asian waiters are the worst. First i went to the restroom and it was dirty as hell then i serve myself a plate only to find a hair in my food then these waiters have an ugly attitude. I would give this place zero stars but unfortunately i have to give them 1 star to leave a review. Me and my friend went here & sat down for 30 mins or less & they gave us the check .There was other customers who was there before us but they hand our check first. While we was eating our 1st plate. It felt uncomfortable . They keep on watching us ..seem like they want us to hurry and leave . When we paid & they brought the change back , I was still eating my desert but one of the waiter was behind me waiting for us to leave. There was also another waiter behind my friend who picked up the plates & walking away she was speaking in her Chinese hurrying us to leave & other unnecessary stuff that was ignorant ( I am part Chinese) .That was very unprofessional.

Good food. But yall got some rude ass staff. My table had about 3 different waiters. At the end, 2 random waiters were lurking by my table as i paid and one chick who wasnt even checking on our table til the end rudely stuck out her hand asking for her tip with all the attitude in the world even tho she saw damn well I was getting guap out of my wallet. Ur not supposed to ask for a tip. Especially if ur not even my waiter. Tf. Anyways, I gave her ass 2$ cause she wanted money so damn bad

I will say this, I usually dont leave comments but I was extremely dissapointed in the poor service my mother and I received. I use to come here with one of my friends and never had this issue. The food is great but terrible staff and management. I suggest they develop a better system with their service and the people they hire. But obviously they dont seem to care so I choose to no longer waist my money with this location and right now Im completely turned off with Hibachi"s.

$7.41 for the lunch buffet on a weekday. Sushi was very good, yum yum sauce was very yummy. Huge variety of all kinds of fresh food. Fruits & vegetables were fresh. Best sweet & sour soup I tasted anywhere in the USA. A++++ for friendliness & appreciation of the customer from the workers. They actually waited till I was almost done eating my dessert before bringing my check. Well done everybody at Hibachi Buffet keep up the good work & thank you for the great food.

Was a hundred percent unsatisfied. Everything was unappetizing... I went right to McDonald after. The shrimp was unseasoned, no taste at all, chicken and broccoli was slimy, fish fillet was mystery fish, blue crab legs were horribly dry and over done, lettuce was not fresh, macaroni and cheese was macaroni and water.The lemonade, corn, and the fruit was the only thing we actually ate. Never coming back, never recommending here.
