We saw a huge buffet with many/plentiful items while we ordered our carry out. The lady at the register did not speak English well, which made ordering a bit difficult. We had the overall impression that they were not very friendly. When I ordered my fried rice, I requested maximum spice, 10/10. I come from an Italian family, and have been eating spicy food all my life. As with many Chinese restaurants, they decided not to spice it/give me what I asked for. If anything it was a 2/10. Overall, the food was very bland, and the rice was a touch undercooked/hard. Portions were good, even in carry out. Gave us bags with plastic liners, but the cartons did not leak grease. Crab Rangoon and egg rolls were cooked well (not over or under cooked), and you could tell that the oil they used for cooking was clean. If you like good portions but prefer a calmer flavor, this may be the place to try.

One of the worst experiences to say the very least. I went there with my family of four and three out of the four of us came home fighting for the toilet because we were all puking. My mother had received a dirty glass of mountain dew and the waitress had enough nerve to ask if she had put it there. My mother had also found a fortune paper in her wonton soup. Every time that we have gone there in the past two years the experiences get worse but this was the breaking point. I will be glad to say that none of my family members will be going back and that I advise anybody who sees this review should not even think of going here unless you are wanting to catch a disease of some sort. We had never realized how grotesque this restaurant actually is and how poorly they treat their customers. Thank you, KFS

Food is pretty good! Its the service!! The chic that waits on our group of 20 today is so rude. My Mother always wants us to meet there and the lady that takes the plates thinks shes a food server and added 15% to our check, I was short .09 cents because I have never had this happen in an establishment where there wasnt full service and the waitress made the biggest seen. The last time we were there we had a large group and I gave her$3.00 tip and each person had planned to tip her as well. She assumed that was all she was getting and attacked me verbally as to how bad of a tipper I was. My kids were so upset they didnt leave theirs. Thats the last time shell do this, I will never return unless she is fired!!

BEWARE!! Ok, I cant complain about the food here, it was pretty darn good for a China Buffet. The dessert bar was a little Blah and boring, but edible. Service was good. So why the beware? After eating at this place our debit card numbers were taken, and our bank account emptied :( Bank and fraud department are involved. There was only two places that this could have happened at (so Im not saying 100% for sure about this restaurant), and YES we did let our guards down and allowed the waitress here to take our debit card and cash us out. Just as a pre-caution BEWARE dont, allow anyone waiter or waitress leave with your debit card at ANY location! Lesson learned :(

Wow...I used to love this place. Went last night and the food was horrible. Not to mention the child using his fingers to scrape rice off the serving spoon. I am just happy I did not get sick. The dumplings were hard as rocks, all dried out. Lady at the front desk was busy watching something on her phone and ignoring me...there to pay for horrible food we just choked down. Best part of the night was overhearing the lady at the table next to us explaining how her grandson has OCDC. Must be a new disease. Highway to hell goes right through this place.

This is my go to place for Chinese. The food is excellent, the pricing (especially lunch) is very reasonable. The buffet is large and robust and always being maintained. The staff, while not always easy to understand, more than make up for that with kind and fast service. The Sushi/Hibachi chef is amazing. This is THE best sushi you will ever eat from a buffet. I highly recommend if you are in the Milford area to try out The China Town Buffet. It might become your go to Chinese as well.

I have eaten here many many times. It has always been good at a fair price. It has very good Salmon and susl is good too. Sometimes I grab a box and get it to go, other times I eat there. I dont know how many times I have been there, maybe 100? Never had bad service, But it is a buffet so what would you expect for service? They always keep your drink full but you have to get up to get your food. You pay on your way out, around $25.00 for two people. Less if you drink water.

Terrible...the sesame seed chicken had NO chicken in it! It was a bread ball with sesame seed glaze.The sweet and sour fried chicken strips were 3/4 fried batter and 1/4 chicken. Most all selections were dried out. The only thing worth having is anything that was frozen and fried, like the wontons and egg rolls. It was between OCharlies or Chinese. We should have gone with OCharlies. ($25.00 wouldve better been spent there.) Well never go to China Town Buffet again.

Had a take out order,I ordered cashew chicken they gave me curry chicken!! I called them they told me they dont have cashew chicken, I get there the lady asked me what I wanted I pointed to menu which clearly said CASHEW CHICKEN!!!!Ive been waiting here for over 5 min on my food that they messed up while my family is home eating their food! !!Im so disappointed in this place. ...

The food here is awesome and the decor is very nice to look at but there always seems to be a problem with the service whether it is the seating hostess, the waiter/waitress or the cashier. Even though I like the food, it just isnt worth the headache of dealing with the messed up bills and communication errors that seems to happen so often here. I will not be going back.

I have lived in Milford for ten years. This "restaurant" has been the worst place to eat in all for Milford for that entire time. Its always ice cold inside. The food sucks, the staff are rude. Hot food is cold, cold food is warm. They put old food on top of new food, and i know for a fact that they have both rats and roaches and have for years.

When we visited China Town Buffet, it was because May-Thai down the road was closed for renovations. I was not impressed. What little food was left at the buffet was cold at a peak lunch hour. Although there was a wide selection, I found myself not really drawn to any of it. Probably wont be coming back, just because May-Thai is so much better.

I was amazed at one: the size of this hidden gem of a restaurant, and two: the unending items on the buffet. A Chinese buffet with row upon row of delicious items. And all-you-can-eat crab legs. In Milford, OH!!! Sit down and take your time here. Youll find items youve never had before and will find yourself coming back for more.
