Glad to see a new Office in Cuyahoga Falls! This one has a ton of space, which makes it a nice dining option - though they fill up quickly, so be sure to book a res. I appreciate that they use OpenTable for reservation-making, which is rare in this area. The Offices menu is large & varied, with something for everyone, & their staff seems very willing to make changes, substitutions, etc. to accommodate dietary needs (Im allergic to mushrooms, my friend is on a weird diet, stuff like that). The food isnt necessarily anything to write home about, but its very good - classic, reliable, tasty, comes out quickly. I like the Asian lettuce wraps, & they have surprisingly good tacos. They also have a great drink list, more interesting than most bars in the area (especially Falls bars!) I find the prices manageable & the drinks usually delicious, though the bartenders arent necessarily known for being friendly or attentive. My major complaint is that The Office closes at midnight, which means last call comes around 11:50. I was hoping for a better bar scene in CF when The Office & Craft opened, & while theyve certainly elevated the options, most weekend nights still end in a local dive bar for me (love you, River City) because Im still not old enough to retire before midnight.

The first time I went there my now husband took me for a surprise and I was blown away with the food and atmosphere! Very good seafood especially. I have stopped from time to time for lunch and it is the best around. When we had our rehearsal dinner there, it was the perfect start to our wedding weekend. There are no words to describe the excellent service. They went above and beyond from making the room and menus personalized to meet our needs, and even surprising us with hand drawn decor of our wedding logo to keep! Before and during the event they were kind, communicated well and so thoughtful. They made us feel like family. We will always enjoy going back and recommend it to others!

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. Food was worst Ive had anywhere. Chicken wings were RAW, spicy shrimp appetizer was awful. Sauce tasted terrible and Im pretty sure the shrimp was bad. My long island was just about undrinkable. Service was very good dispite not only our table but the one behind us, sending items back for things like raw chicken! Management was incompetent and suggested that the rancid spicy shrimp was "too spicy for me". Not to mention there were only 4-5 tables occupied while we were here on this Friday night and wait was far longer than normal. I would not recommend The Office, even to someone whom I did not care for.

Food was delicious. It has a smaller menu which means the food can shine. The prices were on the higher side. I had the carrot ginger soup, although it sounds funny it was so good. Im already looking up recipes to try and match it at home. I also had the salmon, it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. My wife had the soup as well and got chicken with her salad. Her chicken was so moist. I love paying the extra dollar for a quality meal, but if its a quick run in for lunch... Your meal choicesare limited by your dollar. Check it out, but expect to pay. And Ive only gone during lunch time and the place was empty, so expect to sit quickly.

We went for a family celebration. The food was horrible quality, as if they are going out of business. The calamari was so horrible we sent it back twice. Im guessing they dug out an old bag from the back of the freezer. The lobster mac and cheese was no different then the mac and cheese we ordered for the kids with a few pieces of rubbery, gross lobster like substance added in (for a mere $25.) There were two choices for dessert: Creme brûlée and an ice cream sandwich, yes that is all. I cant imagine they will be in business more then a few months. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences weve ever had.

In the past, I have had good meals and service. Last Tuesday I took one of the Officers of our company who was from out of town for an early dinner at 6:00 pm. They appeared to be understaffed were getting busy and disorganized soon after we placed out order. Our meal was significantly delayed and was poor quality. Our swordfish and salmon dinners were over cooked and dried up. Due to time restraints we ate it and I will not recommend to my friends to eat here any more. The bottle of wine was good but how can that be messed up.

If you want a great atmosphere and solid drinks here you go! Do not order food or if you do order food or drinks expect a long wait regardless of how many people are there. There were at least 10 tables available, but were told we could be seated, but could not order food for 20 minutes due to the kitchen being backed up. This was at 7pm on a Saturday night! By far the craziest thing I have ever heard! I have given this place second chances, but accepted the fact they are always slow on getting you your food or beverage.

Horrible experience all-around, most likely one of the worst dining experiences of my life. Waiting times for food were beyond awful. Our party waited nearly 2 hours before finally receiving our orders, and ended spending a total of 3 hours in the restaurant. 30 minutes elapsed between the first and last dish being brought to the table. Manager was rude and unhelpful. Although it may appear like a recent place to eat, stay away from this restaurant. My family was fooled, please save yourself of this terrible restaurant.

Waited 2 hours and 6 minutes for our first entree to come to our table. Over 2 hours and 32 minutes to have all of our entrees. Portions are sized to feed tweety bird. The $5 upcharge for chicken on the mac and cheese was all of about 2.5 ounces. $8.00 upcharge for steak on the mac and cheese for about 3 ounces....ripoff. This place needs to close its doors. Servers are very nive and pleasant. I would really like to rate this restaurant a -5 stars if I could.

Food and service was great, we had a large party of 12 and they were able to accommodate us without any problems. We sat outside on the patio where our server Mitch & his manager made sure we were well taken care of. I had the crab cake appetizer, a spicy shrimp appetizer and a filet mignon that was cooked & seasoned perfectly. Also a drink called the Office Ginger should not be passed on, great summer patio drink.

Steak was awesome. Loved the Brussel sprouts and bacon. The chicken was a small portion and everything was a little pricey, but all tasted very good. Salads are extra. Bread did not come with the dinner. We did not try the appetizers but I have heard that the calamari is outstanding. Parking is on the street and sometimes difficult to find close to the restaurant. Overall very pleased with the unique experience.

Beautiful atmosphere, excellent beer, wine, and cocktail selection, and good food. Its not quite as great as it used to be when they first opened, but its still really good. The servers and bartenders are always nice and they do a great job. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I know it used to be even better and Id like to see them go back in that direction :)
