Awful, sad, terrible...if I could give 0 stars I would. Whats most unfortunate is that I can never truly rate how my private event would have gone because the staff at Uncorked never gave me a chance to. Heres what happened. I attempted to book my little sisters bridal shower for May about 2.5 months prior. So I stopped in Uncorked, which wasnt open at the time, but was able to speak to a manager/bartender(?) at the adjoining whiskey bar about my event [sidenote: I physically had to stop in because they do not operate within normal business hours yet have no voicemail answering service. So...theres that.] So this gentleman took my information down and said that the owner would call me to discuss details. A few days went by and... no call. So I emailed the owner, Jill Troppe, and she again confirmed that they could accommodate us for the date I requested. So I emailed her back for details such as whether or not they could provide food, what the costs would be, etc. Unfortunately I did not get a response. So I resent the email. Again no response. Days went by and turned into a couple weeks. At this point I was not only insulted by the poor customer service but genuinely confused as to why one employee and the owner herself were just literally refusing my business. I was honestly deadset on having my event at this place, despite all the red flags, mostly because I knew that my sister would love the venue. So I again walked into their establishment on my way to work to see if I could talk to someone else and get some answers. I saw the first guy, who after reminding him of who I was seemed embarrassed and then proceeded to avoid me after directing me to a younger female employee who took my information including my phone number again and promised me she would be texting me within the next hour once Jill (the owner) arrived. I assured her that it was fine to text me at work. But unfortunately I never got any texts. Or any more emails. Ever. So about a month and a half prior to the event date I had to find a new venue (which was great, thankfully! Regency Wine Bar in Fairlawn.) And Ive yet to ever get any sort of email or text from the lovely staff at Uncorked, despite my event being in their big event book (I saw the female employee write it in.) So...did they lose the book? Did they double-book two events and decide just to blow me off? Or...are they so arrogant/unprofessional/____(fill in the blank) that they can turn down business in the manner that they did? I honestly cant say whether Im more confused or insulted by this entire thing. Good luck to them, I guess?

The place is like a wonderfully secret corner in a hidden building where your friends meet and drink tremendous wines and tell each other fantastic lies late into the night. The owners Jill and Tony are the best too. Go discover this cozy little hangout.

I like the atmosphere. Its nice and laid back. The folks here seem knowledgeable about the wines and bourbons behind the bar without being pretentious about it. There is even a ping pong ball table at the front of the bar.

Rachel Roberts plays here on Mondays & helps smooth out anyone who had a "bad case" of them with her unplugged rock style. And the wine is great too! Bring your own food is a benefit as well!
