I knew how awful this locations service and food is, and if it hadnt been free, I wouldnt have bothered. My experiences with this location have been terrible almost every time. Dining in, its a slow and miserable event. Servers who dont pay attention to you, empty glasses that remain empty through your meal, and complete neglect from the staff all around. To-go, its the same heinous food, just in a box. In this instance, when I called the first time they let the phone ring and ring and ring until I hung up. I waited a good five minutes before calling again when a very confused-sounding man answered. I picked the Pick Three Apps All Around and he COULD NOT understand me. I enunciated over and over again and he was very confused, like he had never seen the items on the menu before. Anyways, I picked it up and took it home and the food was just so horrid. The pot stickers were soggy and slimy, the garlic parmesan wings had no flavor and been fried for way too long (the chicken was bone dry and the breading was dark brown and burnt), and the potato skins were like greasy pieces of memory foam mattress. They also threw in things I didnt want like celery with my wings and a cabbage mix from my potstickers. Like I said, had I not had a gift card, I wouldnt have wasted my time or appetite on such a disappointing tease of a meal. I ate about half before just throwing it in the trash. I wont be wasting another penny at this establishment. I dont know if its the corporation, management, or employees that are the issue.

I dont usually make it a point to complain. However, I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant before. First my steak and my fathers steak came out cold and leathery. The second steak we both got back was better, still tough but better. but neither came out with any seasoning on them. Also they did not fallow up and see how my steak was until I had already finished it. I also got a half rack of ribs. The flavour was good but they were dry and not very meaty. While we were eating my son noticed a knife was on the floor. Trying to be helpful he went to go pick it up. In the process he hit his head on a shelf. A waitress witnessed the entire thing and did absolutely nothing. It took 10 minutes to flag down out waitress to ask for some ice and it took another five minutes for them to get a bag of ice to him. The customer service is way below par.

Their menu has really gone down hill so tonight I thought Id get something more reliable, a burger. They deliver to some of the local businesses now and I was really feeling a Jack Daniels berger with sweet potato fries. They arrive and I felt bad for the delivery boy, he was very nice, but I had maybe 8 fries with one berger and my friend had less... considering theres an upcharge on the sweet potatoes I wanst too happy. He went back for me.. They came back with a more reasonable serving, about a handfull. Id asked for brown, not pink so I understand it has to cook longer, but the berger was burnt black and hard. I learned my lesson and Ill never have Fridays again, nor will I ever recommend it!

I recently went to this location and I ordered the cajun chicken pasta. Immediately after I ate it, I felt like I was going to pass out, I was that tired. I was even afraid to drive home because I couldnt keep my eyes open. I had leftovers because I almost fell face first into my plate of food from being so tired. I didnt blame it on the food then because I didnt think food would do that to you. Well I Just ate the leftovers today and Im barely even able to keep my eyes open now to write this. When I wake up from my nap, I am going to do something about this. This is not right. I WOULD NOT recommend going to this restaurant unless you want to develop narcolepsy.

I dont usually complain but when we arrived the hostess was on her cell phone and didnt greet us. Our appetizers were cold. They had a endless 16oz aluminum bottle busweiser special for $2.75 and when they brought the 2nd beer it was the last one. Then charged us $3.99 for a 12oz glass bottle. My entree of grilled salmon was hot and good but my husbands burger was Luke warm. Waitress was good and attentive. Food coming out was a bit slow. It was 4oclock on a Saturday and not very busy. Took awhile to get drinks and food. I used the restroom and there was toilet paper all over the floor and the floor was very sticky. Probably wont go back to that location.

I swear fridays used to be my favourite place to eat. They had trivia, cheap happy hour eats, the drinks were reasonable. I think the quality of their food has gone down. I get that its not a scratch kitchen, but sometimes a wee bit of effort can go a long way.This isnt a bad location, its also not stellar. Dont run food that is cold, if the appetizer looks gross to you, dont bloody serve it. Dont bring a beer or cidre that is 3" from the top of the glass. I get that they sometimes get heady, pour proper. Cheers

the service was absolutely horrible...i will never visit this fridays ever again i had family that came from north olmstead, kent, streetsboro, twinsburg , macedonia and bedford to celebrate my twins bday and the experience that we had was the worse i have ever encountered at a restaurant needless to say this was the worse. it was so bad their own employee was in the back sobbing her eyes out due to how her employer left her hanging smh sorry fridays but you lost some good customers due to this experience.

Terrible terrible terrible!!!! The bartenders are the worst!!! They sit there and twirl bottles instead of serving customers... I sat there for 29 minutes before i was aknowledged... i was looked at several times but the twirling kept on... will never go back and neither will several of people i know... Needs a whole new staff... and they double charged me and i tried to call them to get it fixed... nobody answers the phone... once again probably tooo busy twirling empty bottles... you guys suck!!!!

Visited on a Saturday night, 7pm. Staff seemed overwhelmed - there was a 20 minute wait, but there were lots of empty tables in the dining room. We ended up sitting in the bar area, which was fine. Our server was terrific - friendly, efficient. The decor in the restaurant seemed extremely outdated - I know of other TGI Friday franchises that have refreshed their look this one looked ancient. Overall, good experience.

When we first arrived, the hostess lifted her head up from behind the podium and wiped her nose with a shifty, leering gaze leading to the impression that her disheveled appearance was as much due to apathy as illicit substances. We were seated begrudgingly at a booth by the disgruntled waif and proceeded to wait for more than 20 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment or drink order before walking out.

On June 9, 2017 , I was never offered chips and salsa with being a stripes member I also wanted to use a coupon by one meal get 1 meal free,but everybody at my table was not allowed to order any of the special off the menu. My grandson could not get the endless appetizers. the service was slow and I never received any of my bonus points. We where not allowed to order more than one special pre table
