What a joint! Specials are fantastic, one of the best burgers Ive had and more of a neighborhood sportsbar than a straight up bar. Interesting interior, cleanest kitchen Ive seen in a long time (visible thru server opening) and lots of people inside as its just that good. Still a bar, has a long one with a ton of beverage choices, but not a hardcore bar you shouldnt take your family into. Townies love it and I found out why!

Best townie bar in town. The bartenders are spot-on & good at what they do, with small-town Midwestern prices. Free pretzel sticks at the bar. Recent forays into Saturday night karaoke. Impromptu high school reunions when you realize you know everyone at the bar. Dartboard in the corner. Jukebox with everything on it, including a photobooth. Greasy, delicious bar food. Obviously, this place is perfect.

A very cool, obviously well established bar and grille! Their Oakies(hamburger sliders) are amazing, I would definitely recommend getting a few of those, only $0.85 each. Dimly lit, this is a great place to get out of the sun for a while and get away from the rest of the world. My grandparents would commonly come here after getting out of the hospital, for some Oakies and their favorite beer.

Have been going here for several years and they still have the best antipasto salad along with their fresh baked Italian bread, theyre the best in town! The meatball or the sausage splash are delicious too, the meatballs are huge, you only get 2 of them but theyre probably equal to 4-5 of some other restaurants. The pizza is good as well, a little pricey but good. You wont be disappointed.

I originally thought i would be extremely impressed, by the reviews. I ordered sourkraut balls, which were ok....and boneless wings. After 20 minutes, the bartender brought me tiny pieces of fried chicken which were totally cold. it has now been another 15 minutes...my beer is empty, no one has come back, and my wings are sitting on the end of the table. I am verrrrrry unimpressed.

Service is top notch, and it has a really homey atmosphere. Pepper jack cheese sticks are great and their wings are bar none!thats just the start, the entire menue is really a home run! Not only that, the patronage they have all seems really nice and not only love sports, they will normally strike up a conversation and try to get to know you!

Mixed feelings. Great chili, sliders, prices, location, and cleanliness. However, slow slow slow service every time. Just getting a drink refilled can be a chore. Clearly a place that needs to employ a bartender *and* a server simultaneously, and not make the bartenders do double duty.

Unpretentious local favorite. Good burger and fries, but also has a really good grilled chicken salad. Its not much to look at inside. Thats okay. All the effort here goes into the food and service. This place is a good bet for dinner on a budget.

If you use different meat and buns for your burgers depending on what you want on them, I think you should make your customers aware. My plain burger was thinner, smaller, and on a crushed bun like a fast food chain kids hamburger.

Burgers are good. I can not drink beer so I have no idea how many hops they have. But the food is good and offers a nice selection. No Root Beer in case you were wondering.
