Do I have to give this place a star at all? We just finished our "meal" here and I am furious! We received dirty looks from our server for ordering water. She took our order just fine, brought us more salad after we asked for it, but things got bad after that. We listened to the other servers and manager complain about tables not leaving and customers coming in the restraunt...it was 8:30 and they close at 10. They complained out on the floor right in front of us! Our food arrived: my fiances was ok (noodles were slightly dry). Mine, however, obviously sat under the heat lamp, had barley any sauce and just looked dry and tasteless. I waited for our server to return so that I could ask for more sauce. Except, she never came back...EVER. She got a party of 8 which she was splitting with another server and thought that was more of a priority. I was forced the eat what I could of my meal since she clearly was not coming back and the manager was so irrate I was afraid to even call her over to the table. We had our plates stacked neatly at the edge of the table for 10 minutes waiting to order desert (trust me, only because it came with our meal). Our wonderful server still didnt return...even to give us our bill! Finally, a nice young man, Austin, noticed we were sitting, brought our desert and bill. The desert was the only good part about the meal. We are absolutely appalled by the service and food, it was not worth of our hard earned $30. Olive Garden will never get a dime from us again after this experience...especially this location. I was a server for 6 years and I never would have treated a customer like this. A shout out to the general manager of this location: you had 10 other employees at that establishment that could have made things easier for our server and for us...but they, including your manager were too busy complaining or hanging out, texting and laughing. We clearly arent laughing.

Absolutely the best service I ever received from Kelly at any Olive Garden restaurant but I have been up since 5am due to food poisoning from the chicken con broccoli. I was accused of not having any proof that the food poisoning came from Olive Garden. Just the fact that I need to prove food poisoning from a chain restaurant that I eat at every other month, could at least give me the curteousy to refund my portion of the meal. I didnt ask for a full refund, just my chicken con broccoli. I also washed my hands before I ate dinner and never get sick enough to the point of throwing up. Will not be eating at Olive Garden for a long time now. BE Careful if you do

We ate here after Gahannas Jazz Festival prevented us from reaching either of Gahannas good restaurants. Bread sticks arent us. We ordered martinis before the entree. A martini is a very simple drink - gin+dry vermouth+garnish. We prefer olive garnish. When the drinks arrived there was no olive. "We asked for olives." The waitress took the drinks back and returned with them with still no olives. "We dont have any olives," she said. Really? Olive Garden doesnt have any olives? Too bad you cant garnish a martini with a bread stick I suppose. Unless youre trying to give yourself diabetes by supercarbing yourself, avoid this place.

By far, the worst experience ever....... literally.. place to go order at 12:52pm and did not walk out until 1:30pm... for Fettuccine and Stuffed Mushrooms... are you serious, do it really take that long. Oh, not to mention the ticket that was provided states my order was not really put i the system to be made until 1:12pm. I would pull the RACE card on this one... and I AM.... and to top it off, i was only placing a order through DOOR DASH, so it wasnt even my food i was waiting on. Yes, a complaint has been filed with DOOR DASH in regards to the poor customer service and discrimination.

Decided to have dinner here last night with a friend and the service was absolutely horrible. Even the managers service was terrible. Christen G was our waitress and she wanted to bill my friend for my refill of salad although I was the one eating it. Im pregnant so yes my appetite is somewhat larger than normal however I did buy an entree so Im entitled to my salad if I want more. I will never go back to this location again. We were mistreated and I really dont appreciate it. The waitress didnt even give me my receipt after taking my payment.

Weve been this location several times on several different days and time periods. The food is just your average typical Italian food nothing to write home to Mom about Services usually slow even at bar service which we typically do sit at because they are usually on a wait. Its usually not as clean as it should be when we are there basically you can probably get the same quality level of food at Piada if youre looking for authentic Italian cuisine I would not go to an Olive Garden and seek out some type of mom-and-pop Italian Eatery

Salad was cold, soup was lukewarm, didnt try the pasta #vegan #localvore. Dining companions for the evening praised the chicken alfredo zza as "almost as good as DiGorno". Coffee was served hot and they never ever ran out of breadsticks. Our server for the evening was Tayler who was happy to joke around with her customers. Her jokes would, however, be rated as poor - fair. Found a pubic hair in my soup. Pretty sure it was that bastard, Karls, though.

Our visit was great. The food was xcellent, best salad and bread sticks. Shrimp scampi was delicious and lasagna, the best. Service was xcellent and timely. Even though they were busy, we did not feel rushed at all. The host was very accomodating as my husband is in a motorized wheelchair and I use a walker. He sat us where we had plenty of room. Prices are good.

First time going and I loved it! The whole experience while we was there was relaxed and more then I expected. The food was hot and enjoyable, and the servings was more then I expected. The dining area was so clean and relaxed. Everyone we saw or spoke to was so polite and professional it was a very nice experience.

We met for a good friends birthday dinner, at the Hamilton Rd location. We were quickly seated. We all enjoyed our food. I ordered the Tour of Italy: with shrimp scampi, spinach ravioli. Our server was prompt, considerate and friendly. And of course the birthday girl got her chocolate cake on the house.

The food at this olive garden was very good!! Definitely above average for most olive gardens Ive visited. More importantly, the speed of service here was incredible!!! Also, if you want to sample wine for 25 cents, I saw the severs pouring very generously!! Enjoy my friends !!

I had a really good experience here: the food was tasty and the servers were attentive and friendly (and unlimited breadsticks never lose their appeal!) They had checkout-at-table devices which I had a little trouble with as a first time user, but it ended up working out well.

My husband, daughter, and I went out this evening. Our dinner was great. The hostess greeted us and lead us into the door when we came in. Gregg K was our server and he was attentive and friendly. The whole experience was great and the 2/$25 make it even sweeter!
