Best and healthiest Asian food I have ever had. I never write reviews but I had to say something about this restaurant. The food is amazing, my boyfriend and I go here a lot and every time we stop in they are busy. Jimmy, the guy who works the register, has to be the nicest guy ever - he treats every customer as family and is always happy to make your food to your liking. My boyfriend is vegan and they always go out of their way to make anything on the menu vegan which is great. The food is extremely healthy and they only buy quality ingredients excluding those that are too fatty. The price is amazing especially when you consider what other places charge you for crappy food and service. The restaurant is not too big but I prefer to judge by the quality of the food not the interior decor. I have no idea what happened to the person who gave this place one star, I find it shocking and it is actually what motivated me to write this review. This place should have nothing less than five stars like the other reviewer said if I ever find myself out of Columbus without JFO I would probably cry too :)

This post is directed to the person who said "terrible service." They do not have terrible service. If they repeated the order, then they wouldnt have made a mistake, it would of been you who wasnt listening carefully when they repeated your order. You probably just ignored the person repeating the order and you didnt catch the mistake, but you still confirmed it. It is put on a computer, so the only way they could mess up is if they repeated it and said something wrong, but you did not hear them say it. Joy Food One, is one of my two favorite Chinese Restaurant in the area. And to prove their service is great, i have made a mistake once or twice, and they offer to give me they order that i wanted for free. And if they made a mistake, they would give me what i ordered and an additional eggroll or a 20% credit for next time.

So, my wife and I ordered food from here thinking it was another place close by. Rather than call and cancel the order we decided to keep the order as is and try this place! We ordered chicken fried rice and egg roles. We then headed home and once home my wife dished hers first and sits on the sofa. I start to dish mine and my wife says " uhhhhh hunny you may want to smell that before you take a bite!" I said why whats wrong baby?!?!?! She looks at me with a straight face and said " this stuff smells exactly like cat urine!!!!!" I said what, you jokin?!!!!! Down went my nose for a wif and ya know what?!?!?! CAT URINE IT IS, WOW!!!!!!! I mean it really smelled and tasted like cat urine! Yes, I tasted, I just had to! Oh stop it, you would of also

I couldnt even wait to finish my food before leaving this review, thats how awesome this place is! We just happened to find them online and we are so happy we did! The crab rangoon is savory sweet and just melts in your mouth. The crunchy bits just add an extra little something that completes it perfectly. Best in town by far! The Mongolian beef and Ginger shrimp are both equally packed with flavor, fantastic texture and fresh taste. All in all, I am 100% pleased and am more than glad I stumbled onto them this evening. Fantastic! Give them a try, if you choose delivery, your food will arrive in record time and be steaming hot! You cant beat that!

I love it here. Im very picky about Chinese food and the way I like my chicken. I always get either the sweet and sour chicken or Wor Sue Gai and this place has the best (not overcooked), melt in your mouth, great quality white meat chicken I have ever had from a Chinese restaurant. My boyfriend also loves to get the General Tsos. They also have great Crab Rangoon and Wonton Soup! Also always great customer service. I have tried many Chinese restaurants and always come back to this one and always recommend it to my friends!!!

Awesome service and very tasty Chinese food. I will gladly go here only for Chinese food that is gourmet as well as made just quick enough in all of Columbus. Nice restaurant to get away from the coming Holiday Shopping Frenzy or become a hero to your family and get it after a busy day at the office. Sweet and sour Chicken with Beef Broccoli and egg rolls with a side of Crab Rangoon. You will have enough for a family of four. Lunch is set with leftovers for you and your significant other =)

For a first experience it wasnt the greatest but I wont say it was terrible... the food was all overcooked which is easy to do so Im understanding... the service was very easy to understand which is a nice change compared to most places and the food was ready to pick up when we arrived...

More like "General Tsos Dog" is what they should call it. I know what chicken is supposed to taste like. This place seriously needs to be checked out by a health inspector. Dont play yourself! Your not really eating Chicken. Go2 Panda Wok instead thats real chicken!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in the central Ohio area, also the staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a quick grab and go, this is not the place to call as they are fairly busy and the wait time is typically 15-20 minutes minimum.

Food was awesome. Definitely one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. Fried rice dine right! The crab Rangoon is sweet and delicious although it was a little light in the cream cheese crab mixture. Other than that I enjoyed my food. Awesome!

I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants but this is by far the absolute freshest and most flavorful one there is in Columbus hands down! Ive been here multiple times and every time the food is as fresh as fresh could be.

One of my favorite lunch spots. Main dish, choice of rice, egg roll or soup and a can of soda for $6.50. They, also, will deliver on orders over $10. Best sesame chicken around.
