Excellent morning & afternoon service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Best waitress at the Lancaster Ohio Restaurant is Ashley. She is very attentive to your needs and wants. We always ask for her. She knows what it takes to be a waitress. Ashley would make an excellent trainer. She deserves a promotion. 11/17/16.

The food was good. I just ordered 2eggs and toast. They served it on a Broken plate. I asked if it was ok to eat off the plate and the sever said yes. They will depose the plate when I finished. They did not offer me a new plate. I should of tranfered my food on my toast plate. Thank you for listening.

Sweet people from the moment I walked in the door. May be the same food as all the other Bob Evans but the inside is more spacious & the view from the front door of the rolling hills & trees will take your breath away. Great place to relax after a long drive.

Ordered carry out I was so pissed I $9.69 for pot roast hash in a kids meal container the meal was probably $2.potatoes was hard as hell called and the manager says well mam thats the way the meal comes. Assholes lost a customer never will I go there again.

The sausage gravy was watery. Not normal and it made my wife sick and unable to venture far from the bathroom. Never again will i go there. I believe it was intentional because mine was fine and I ordered the same thing.

servers arguing constantly, management did nothing about it.. very appetizing to say the least. will avoid this place whenever im around, theres an ihop and golden corrall within one minute ... go there instead

I go 3 times a week and always have a great time, the lady up front checking me out is always nice and asks me if i want a brownie, most of the time i dont but i like that she always asks.

Waited 20 minutes after we were seated and no one even came over to take our drink orders. We went to roots and we got seated, our drinks and food within 10 minutes. This place is a joke.
