HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The last three times I was at the pizza cottage on fair there has been issues now the last two times I cant remember the dates but tonight was the third. The first time I had ordered 3 steak subs with only onions with lightly toasted buns with butter. I went to pick them up and they had Mayo cheese and the buns were hard as a rock and no butter told them they wasnt right and they attempted to remake them after about 40 min they brought the second attempt out the buns were not toasted at all and the steaks and onions were burned and still no butter I asked for a manager after about 15 he finally came out told him what the issue was and he said with an attitude we will remake them so the third attempt after about another 30 they brought them out and once again the buns were overbaked the steaks and the onions were burned and still no butter told him to just forget i would take it up with the day manager talked to the day manager and he said that he would offer me 3 steak subs at no charge so about three months the second order was placed 3 steak subs and a large pep and cheese I went to pick it up and once again the steaks and onions were burned and cheese and mayo and buns overbaked as I specifically told them lightly toasted and only onions and butter only also the bottom of the pizza was burned once again they attempted to remake 3 more attempts on the subs while the 2nd attempt on the pizza set there and got cold I told your manager Rod I wasnt taking a cold pizza and he told me he wasnt remaking it and again had an attitude and he said there was no record of any free items so once again I left with no food and went in and personally talked to the day manager and he put it in the book while I was standing there for 2 free subs and asked me if I had any further issues to let him know well we ordered tonight 7/29 2 steak subs only onions lightly toasted with butter and a large pep and cheese we went to pick the order up and told the girl at the counter that the subs were supposed to be free said she would have to get the manager to take care of it she went to get the manager said he would take care of it where ever he was she gave me our order and again the buns were overbaked no butter and the steaks were overcooked told them they were not correct and i wasnt taking them after about 10 min Rod finally appears and i told him the issue i had he said he would have them remade would only take a few minutes well after 35 min and our pizza set on the shelf and got cold handed us the second attempt the buns again were overbaked and they were swimming in grease told Rod what part of lightly toasted dont your people understand told him I wasnt taking a cold pizza or the subs that they couldnt make correctly and told him I would get in contact with you personally and you could handle it he told me to get off the property and picked up the phone I guess to call the police we were leaving anyways. I went to bw3s and the manager explained to me what to do to get in contact with you and was very helpfull and gave me the email address to send it to.All three times Rod has had an attitude and ignores what the customers wants also when I was there the second time a guy came in places his order waited there while I was for about 40 min and he asked how much longer on his order and they completely forgot to make his after me and Rod got into it about the order not being done correctly all three times your employees stood there and laughed about it I was always taught that the customers needs were to be taken care of as i am in customer service as well and thats what we do with our customers but apparently Rod and the employees at pizza cottage dont feel that way I dont know what you want to do to make this right but would like a response we like pizza cottage when we can get it done right but I wont go back in there if Rod is there Thank You

I get lunch here pretty regularly but probably not anymore. Today my to go order came up and after a few minutes of watching the two cashiers talking I walked up and said excuse me I think thats my takeout order up there. She glanced over at it, said yeah I think youre right, then turned back and talked to the other girl for several more minutes until she was good and ready to get it. I was never rude or raised any fuss, and wouldnt have written this unless I got an email asking me to write a review. They lost a customer today.

Normally very nice, but today, not so much. The waitress, shianne, wasnt very good at her job. After we got our food, we had to wait a very long time for a refill and waited 20 minutes to get a bill, then another 15 to get a box. And my wife had to go up and get someone else cash is out because another 15 minutes waiting. Worst experience Ive ever had at this place. Ive been coming here for two years about once a week. But if she is working Ill go somewhere else, dont like to be rude but hate bad service.

I stopped here for some pizza and beer after a backpacking trip with my brother. We both really enjoyed their pizza and wings after four days in the back country. I will say that their pizza is far too expensive. $20 for a large cracker pizza is a bit much when I know of lots of places that do the same things for half as much. The pizza was really good, but really over priced!

Completely overpriced and not that great. I dont understand what the deal is in Ohio where pizzerias make pizza as if its cracker crust with cheese on top. I ordered white pizza and they gave me sauce on the side with someone elses spaghetti in it. No one with me or even in the same room was even eating spaghetti. The waitress was nice but I never plan to come back.

Their food is sooo good and worth the prices. I dont like most pizza places wings but I love the wings here and the pizza Is awesome too. The pizza has the little pepperoni which is my favorite! I love this place!!! The only problem is that they do not deliver, if they delivered then I would have 5 starred it all the way.

Called a couple days ago order blt pizza get it looked like it slid out the seat of there car called said they would put my name in the book and get a new pizza called cant even put my name in the book and food places want 15 dollers a hour I wish I could put a pic of wat the pizza looked like never eat there agean

My favorite pizza place In the entire USA. I have traveled to 39 states and eaten at hundreds of other pizza joints. And their pizza beats all. I was in Oregon for work for 2 months and the second day I back in Lancaster I got me a pizza cottage pizza because I missed the amazing flavour so much.
