I dont normally write reviews unless something is really good or really bad. So heres my review. I pulled up to the drive through at 2:27am (I had checked my clock to make sure they werent serving breakfast yet), there were 2 cars in front of me. I was asked to wait a second when I got to the ordering point. Im fine with a short wait, I used to work fast food as well, so I know things can get crazy at times. 1.5 minutes later, I gave him my order. An unusually long time later, I got to the window where, I was asked for my order again because "the computers are going crazy tonight". Gave him my order... waited some more. In the store (from what I could see) the person in charge of bagging the food was eating chocolate covered oreos, another employee was yelling at a third employee about a bag of chocolate sauce. This leaves me to assume that I was not someone of interest to them as a customer. 15 minutes later, the guy comes back to the window and asked for me to pull around to the parking lot to wait for my food, (2 cars were behind me in the DT). So, I pull around and wait about 8 more minutes. Finally, I get my food (2 hamburgers, med fries and 4pc chicken nuggets). Checking the bag reveals that my medium fries is actually only half way full. So I pull back around and tell them this to which I was laughed at (seriously), had the fries taken and was made to wait 8 more minutes. In the end, they upgraded the medium fries to a large and added a large onion rings for free and, at 3:02am, I was on my way. The food was horrible, I mean, really horrible. Ive had bad fast food before, tonight took it to a new level. Almost all of it is sitting in the bag next to me as I write this short novel about my experiences with burger king. The End

I try to be an optimist, but Burger King as a whole has fallen off. This location in particular has only continued to go downhill. I havent been able to visit here in months without something incorrect on my order. From wrong items, missing items, forgetting to add cheese, remove pickles, etc. When we break down and visit this location its honestly because its on of the only fast food places closest to our home and if we dont have an extra 10 min to run down Broad St we stop there. The staff here is rude 90% of the time. My son ordered an "Original Chicken Sandwich" meal the lady at the drive thru asked "what number is that?", he just repeated which ever the Original Chicken sandwich is, she then instructed him to look at the menu and only order based off of the meal number.....that isnt his job, its the job of the person taking the order. Then for the order to STILL be wrong, the MEDIUM size onion ring to only have 8 rings and the fish sandwich ordered to be still cold on the inside is ridiculous. When I called in the "manager" said everything is cooked off a timer, so if you want it "all the way cooked" you have to request that. She offered free food, but I wasnt calling for free food, I called to give feedback to work with on her team. She said if I want my money back she has to talk to the manager above her, but again I didnt want money, I want the store to be successful and be somewhere we can visit. Sadly we wont be any time soon.

The signs everywhere say its 24 hours. So we pulled up at about 1:45am, and were greeted by an abrupt, nasty, "we are closed". All lights were on, all signs say 24 hours....so we questioned "but your signs say your open 24 hours?" And again in a nasty, aggravated tone "but we are not, we are closed". Between the wait for the first response to this second attitude filled remark. The time was about 1:53am. So we asked "Your signs say your open 24 hours a day, what time do you close" and the man in the box said "i told you we are closed. We close at 2am" We pulled through the drive through and did see their hours posted on their window. I get it, you probably get the whole 24 hour thing all.the.time. However, there was no reason for all the attitude behind it. I correct way to do customer service would be to welcome someone, even if youre closed, apologize, and then share the bad news. Or, perhaps cover up the bright, lit, 24 hour signs with black duct tape. Second time, we went back (when they were open, mid-afternoon), and ordered chicken nuggets with fries. The chicken nuggets were pretty good! However, the fries were still frozen. Literally, looked, and felt, like they dipped them in the hot grease and pulled them out. We will not be giving this place a "third times a charm" chance.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. At one visit, my fiancé went for breakfast and sat at the speaker for 5minutes with nobody answering. She decided to drive up to the window to see what the deal was and to her surprise, all the lights were on, but nobody was home. Literally, both windows were empty, all the lights were on, and there were people waiting in line to try and order their breakfast. Sunday we decided we were going to try again and get a late lunch. We sat in line for about 10minutes with it not moving, so we went inside. This was not a great idea. We stood as 2nd in line for 30minutes watching as they threw order after order in the trash, not a single person was willing to step up and take the orders of people waiting. We were so fed up that we decided to get McDonalds instead. If youre reading this far into the review, never go to this location. If youve got time to sit down and eat, youre better off going to one of the surrounding restaurants because youre going to spend just as much time, but youll be more comfortable and the extra $5-10 is going to be worth the service.

This Burger King is the only Burger King that is consistent at messing up an order. That says a lot about how this store is managed because the lack of accuracy to orders, customer service to the customers, and horrible timing with service is tolerated there. I have gone to this location so many times and have been so patient with them but every single time, it is a disappointment. That is so uncalled for. I have asked for cheese on my sandwiches and payed for it only not to have cheese once I open the sandwich. The employee one time didnt even tell me the order total $...she just asked me for my credit card and I had no idea how much was being charged. One time, a guy that took my order hit on me. The last time I went they messed up my order when I clearly asked for no eggs, Im allergic! It is CLEAR that the employees do not pay attention to the specifications on each order. 8 out of 10 times you will never get the order you ask for...so no it is NOT BK you cant have it YOUR way! Its clearly an issue because multiple customers have said the exact same thing. Dont waste your time going there!
