A place with character. I visited Duck Rabbit Coffee for the first time on a Saturday morning before 10am with a friend. Since it was a hot day out I decided to get a cold coffee brewed with an Aeropress. The cold coffee was like many cold coffees, with little to no brightness (aka, acidity). The cold coffee, however, was clean, refreshing, crisp, and nutty with a light to medium body and pleasant aftertaste. The barista took extra time to entertain my questions and provide helpful information on how to brew the same coffee at home. If you have questions about their coffee or how to brew better coffee at home ask the barista who will be delighted to answer your questions and provide helpful suggestions. The limited seating disappointed me. I think they have a total of 7 or 8 seats and my friend and I had to sit on a concrete bench right in front of the area where guests make their orders. Overall, Im a fan and plan to make regular visits.

Good coffee starts with good beans, and they have that. This is the kind of place you take time to enjoy. Coffees can take a few minutes to come out so relax and take in the sights of all the stuff on the wall and the supplies in the back. I got a pour over coffee and an iced coffee. Both very good. Also had a raspberry cheese Danish, also very good.

Great local, small batch coffee roaster. Havent had anything but great coffee or espresso so far. Industrial chic space provides a nice change from your typical coffee shop. The roaster is inside the café so theres a good chance they may be roasting when you stop in.

This is my second visit to duck rabbit and I am just as impressed as the first time. The cappuccinos are fantastic and the pastries are equally delicious. I love the decor in the interior. Definitely check out this coffee shop!
