Very underwhelming Starbucks. Not super friendly, slower than almost anywhere. Went in this afternoon for an iced latte, literally no one in the store but there were about 5 employees behind the counter. I was able to order quickly but after purchasing some coffee beans and the latte, waited close to 5 minutes for the latte with again NO wait ahead of me. Im not an impatient person but Ive waited that long or less in a crowded Starbucks. There were a few cars in the drive thru, but there were at least 2 employees just standing behind the counter doing nothing. From experiences at other locations, the customer should always come first, before cleaning, restocking, etc. I guess it is clean but that might be the most positive thing I can say about it.

dont ask them to shake your matcha green tea latte.....they get pissed and tell you they are annoyed everytime. literally tell you they are upset by the request. unbelievable
