love the coffee, the frozen blended drink options, and the atmosphere- which is super unique, however there have been several times Ive witnessed a manager being rude to customers. none of it was outright rudeness, but just things I would expect a manager to know and exemplify for other employees. I feel like in this case it is the other way around, b/c 99% of the employees are super nice and friendly. for instance, there was a time when myself and a friend were leaving and approaching the door, and a manager was approaching from the outside. Instead of stepping aside and holding the door for the customers walking out, they yanked open the door and walked inside w/o even noticing us. NOT a great example of customer service and definitely not something I would do as a manger.

"BEST...COFFEE...EVER..." My husband and I literally went here everyday for 2 weeks straight, sometimes twice in one day! Its that good! We LOVE this location because the people here are as wonderful as there coffee! The staff are so friendly and even had our orders waiting for us while we parked the car a few times. They knew it was us and had it ready when we walked in the door! My husband would live there if he could. Definitely an amazing place to check out. Cool vibe! Whats wonderful about it too is that they take the Resident Club Card so we get a discount on every order - every time... which is why my husband and I could not help but go everyday for 2 weeks when we first settled into the area. Love this place!

Being a vacationer, I needed to find a place where I could reliably get outstanding caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee for my morning Express 06. Theyre not really good sources of freshly ground coffee anywhere else that I can find in Naples. This was the place! Real Swiss water technique for the decaffeinated coffee and beans from Hawaii which were rich and velvety. Nice coffee shop good place to hang out but its all about the beans.

Great service, the workers are very approachable and the coffee is fantastic. I ordered the Jitter Juice and had died and gone to heaven. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with enough chairs and tables to support a decent amount of people. I dont live in the area or visit on a regular basis but Id 10/10 would refer a friend to come out and enjoy some Bad Ass Coffee!

Lovely little inde coffee shop which stands out in Naples compared to the rest. I little more casual and fun loving than anything else in the city. We had ice coffees which were served quick and a good price. Funny characters in there too. Would recommend.

Poor selection of muffins and was served coffee with 2 inches of room for cream. Im a regular, but may be switching to Starbucks. I requested the cup be filled as I didnt add cream.. He did with aditude. Very disappointed.
