I sat by the door in one of the cushioned chairs to drink my coffee for a few minutes. A couple of women sat down on the couch next to me. They had a Yorkie sitting on the couch between them. Kids shouldnt walk on the furniture, dogs shouldnt either. I did mention it to an employee at the drive thru when I walked out. I said I was surprised they allowed dogs on the furniture. She said that they dont allow dogs. I told her there was one sitting on the couch right now. She said, "Oh, thats a service dog". I dont care if it is a service dog or not, it shouldnt be on the couch. When I told my wife about this later, she told me that the week before she was in that same Starbucks and a young woman had an out of control dog in there.

Very busy Location! High foot traffic and drive through clientele. Employees do their very best to provide pleasant, speedy and accurate service. Cleanliness in the seating areas has been a challenge, as it has been behind the counter, but this is improving. Club chairs definitely need a thorough cleaning and vacuuming under the cushions. Love the displays and seasonal decorations, as well as the new selection of gift cards. Parking can be a challenge due to high volume and neighboring businesses.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Four out of six times in the span of a month they have gotten my order completely wrong, so its impossible to do drive trough since theres a high chance they have to remake it. Maybe the morning rush gets them a bit crazy and make mistakes - but thats just far too many for me to want to continue going there. I would rather go out of my way somewhere else to get my morning coffee.

Seems Starbucks gas some lying coffee makers. I have been going to this store for a while now and 2 out 5 times I get my grande latte with a caramel shot there is IS no caramel taste at all. This has been my experience at several Starbucks around the country. Since I have to pay extra for the shot I am being ripped off. Its time to go to a different coffee shop!!! There are many more at the same or less price!!! SAD!!!

used to be an awesome store, but they are always out of Stock on everything and cant make very many drinks, its a complete waste of time. I love the Starbucks brand, but I will simply take the $100+ dollars I spend there every month elsewhere Im just tired of wasting my time even going there when they cant make even a simple staple Starbucks drink the caramel machiatto

Went inside ordered a mint frapp. Couldnt test any mint in it and tasted like straight black coffee. So I drove through the drive through. Ordered same mint frapp and when I got to the window gave me a regular mocha frapp. Two time in less than a five minute period screwed my order up carp. At nearly $6 a drink thats carp.

The bathrooms are always dirty and the seat liners are always empty. The coffee is good and the staff is fantastic, but the management needs to pay more attention to cleanliness. Ive been hoping it was just an off day, but Ive been in a dozen times and every time the bathroom situation has been bad.

Worst service ever from the SUNDAY staff.................. 1 Star is more than what should be. I think in general the other staff and locations are SPOT on, this location is always dirty and the staff are rude inside, if you must go here the Drive thru is the best alternative!

The BEST Starbucks in the area. Their staff is fast, efficent, professional and fun. It is always a pleasure to go there and they make a point to know their regulars. For a shop that is always busy I never have to spend time waiting for my coffee.

This is my Starbucks. Technically there is another one closer. However, these guys are fast, make the drinks correctly (the espresso shots arent dead) and theyre always friendly even though theyre the busiest store in the district.
