We visited this Dairy Queen location out of convenience, we typically go to the Northland Dr. DQ or Seville. We decided to go through the drive-thru which was a mistake. The guy working it sounded very confused, couldnt understand anything we were saying and was unable to answer simple questions so we decided to go in. I thought about leaving when I saw a worker place a sundae on the counter which tipped over, she then hurried and picked it up and gave it to the customer with the ice cream and caramel dripping down the sides. Now, that may not bother everyone, but if you saw how disgustingly dirty the restaurant was, it would bother you. The cooler was all rusty, the floors dirty and the chairs absolutely filthy...EWW!!! Thank God I didnt order anything. My son wanted to know if he could have mint chocolate chip ice cream with crunchies. (They offer these types of blizzards, in fact we ordered one.) They gave it to him in sundae from with a cone on top, not a problem except there was vanilla ice cream on the bottom and about 2 inches of mint flavoring on top. The claimed they werent sure how to make mint chocolate chip ice cream....hmmm...but they can manage to make a mint chocolate chip blizzard??? Since there was a shooting at this location in March 2014 I am assuming they lost business. You would think that the management would be on top of their employees and the cleanliness of the restaurant...not!

What was that? If I wanted to describe the word "inefficiency", I would point out to the crew of that DQ. They first forgot to give change then messed up the order and brought a wrong burger. When I ordered a blizzard it took them about 10 minutes to give the wrong one to a customer standing next to me, who had no clue why they gave it to him. After complaining about that (no apologies from their side) it took them another 10 minutes to finally accomplish their job. Adding, that place was almost empty (5 more customers). Never ever would I go to this store again and I would advice everyone to go somewhere else.

Not even worth the one star I gave it. I didnt want to listen to my girlfriend about how bad this place is. Boy was I wrong. Seems like everyone that was working was totally clueless as to what to do. I waited 20 minutes for my ice cream, by the time I ate it, it was the consistency of water. The lady behind me with 3 kids got all of her ice cream and they were gone by the time my girlfriend and I got ours. Just an absolutely horrible place. I will never go back.

A great place for lunch. Friendly staff will go out of their way to make your visit personalized. They treat you as a client not a sack of money. Food is top notch, fast, made as you wait, a d their team member will even bring your meal out to you if your eating in. A truly classy restaurant!

My dad ordered a chocolate peanut butter milk shake and when our order came out my dad got a chocolate milk shake and my mom got a strawberry peanut butter milk shake. Enough said....
