Worst customer service Ive ever received in 5 states! Listen, I know were Hillbillys, but do we have to act like it in public? When I arrived to pick up my order, the host immediately took a personal call in the middle of ringing me up and disappeared to the back room. The other guy behind the counter was busy counting money and had no idea I was in the world. Either way, it looked like the attempt to ring me up was abandoned because no one knew how to change the paper in the cash drawer. After I waited 15 min on that, the lady (what seemed to be the owner I have my suspicions) invaded my personal space, reached across my face to the people behind the counter and wanted the keys to the bathroom. The lady literally pushed me out of the way. Food was sub standard and the service was terrible. I wont go back.

Decent food every time I have been there. The wait staff is hit or miss though. Some are great with the service and others I often wonder if it would be quicker to serve myself. Not to mention at times they act strange with very unprofessional comments.

The service was horrible. Food was ok. Owner was very rude. My co-worker ordered an Italian sub. The meat looked like potted meat. Owner came by and told us that he only serves expensive meat and she should have at least tried it. Will not go back.
