wow this place has the worst customer service ever ive been there three times and wow first time i was on break from work i work 2 mins away and get a half an hour for break i ordered 2 whpr jrs and a fry and waited 20 mins and still didnt get my food i had to get my money back and had to leave. the second time i drove thru for a salad waited 12 mins in drive thru before leaving. the third time again on break from luch i order just a double cheeseburger and waited a long time but when i did finally get it the sandwich was horrible the meat looked so old and dried when i took it to the manager i was given attitude save ur money and time either go somewhere else or pack a lunch

Went to BK to get their Mac n Cheetos. Its posted both inside on their menu and outside menu. Got told we dont have those. We dont sell them. Still scratching my head on why they would be on the menu without a sign that said they were out. Very mad at this place because they didnt even offer us anything else for the inconvenience or even apologised. What a joke. Will not be eating at this one again. And always so filthy inside. Trash all over floors and tables.

The staff is very rude. Every time I attempted to get something to eat here...the food is old and nasty. My hashbrowns are cold and soggy. I have even asked to make my meal fresh and they ignore your request. That and 50/50 chance to screw up your order. I dont understand how this chain restaurant is still in business.

The manager at this location kick me out of his restaurant because I was upset I ordered a Whopper with cheese and bacon it didnt have cheese or bacon on it so I complained about it and he said I was being disrespectful and called the police on me Ill never eat there again!
