Well not to happy with Bob Evans tonight.... We had a family get together planned after a special ocassion. Called Clermont Bob Evans around 5:30 pm spoke with April. Told her we were coming in around 8:30 pm with a group of 15. She wouldnt take my name but said they would be prepared. Well come to find out when we got there at 8:45pm their doors were locked and the sign on the door said they closed at 9:00 when the web site says 9:30.... Oh well Thanks for letting us know that...We went to IHOP..........They took care of us with a smile.

Food was good. There was some confusion over the bill. Total came to $29.54 before tip and we had get $6 off a $30 meal. We asked the waiter if we needed to order something else and they recommended we add two mints and the total would go over $30 but cashier who was also the manager gave us grief and said the the amount couldnt include any item we didnt get at the table and proceeded to read aloud the fine print on the coupon. Didnt get upset, just paid and left, but it was so stupid.

Got food poisoning after eating the biscuits and gravy so I called to make them aware of the issue. Tinieel (sp) answered the phone and when I told her of the issue she said that there was an incubation period for food poisoning but she would take down my information. When I asked for her name, she hung up the phone on me. I called right back and a different manager got on the line and started writing down my information.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This location is an absolute Joke. I asked for milk for my coffee and got cream. My husband and I both ordered coffee and the waitress only gave me coffee. Food was cold and my blueberry crepes had lettuce pieces throughout it. Our waitress Miranda never brought a single refill for coffeeeven though she asked us and we said we wanted a refill. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Wait of over thirty minutes with at least one third of the tables empty. Told they were out of Turkey and pumpkin pie as we walked in, one way to cut down the wait? When it finally came time to order we were told there was turkey bit no pumpkin pie. Then the waitress was so disorganized neither of us got what we ordered and half of mine was cold. Been waiting ten minutes for pecan pie now.

Ive never seen a restaurant run out of staple items like Bob Evans. In addition, service is hit or miss with disinterested management. Some servers are terrific, personable, and deliver personalized service. Others dont seem to care. Kitchen is often backed up, and food is frequently late, cold, or just plain wrong.

I regularly order from the carryout menu, love the discounts they offer on a regular basis. My orders have been correct and food quality great. I also occasionally dine in and have found the service to be good and the quality of the food good. I especially love their cherry bread which is served seasonally.

Bob Evans is a wonderful Place I love it there. The Food is great you should try the Turkey Bacon Melt very good and also who doesnt love coupons well bob evans have good coupons online to offer that keep our business going and to leave our guest with a smile.

All you eat pancakes are only offered if you can your waitress. Ours disappeared after leaving the check. The included dessert was not offered or delivered. Weekday afternoon with half the tables empty. Food was overpriced for the quality received.

One of favorite places to dine went there 7/8/17 one of the slowest waiters ever seen at Bob Evans had to ask twice for our first cups of coffee by asking another waitress for our coffee was not very busy at the time just a LAZY WAITER!

Its hard to write a review when I have been sitting there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence. Eventually had to leave. As a business owner in Clermont which is usually a very friendly town this was quite disappointing.

Both my wife and I had soup and a half sandwich. She had hot tea and I had ice tea. We enjoyed our lunch and would continue to come to Bob Evans restaurant. The service was outstanding.

The air feels sticky in this Bob Evans, like theres maple syrup in it. Breakfast is good, the waffles are nice and crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
