July 2017 Ahhh went here for the 4th special 30 bucks for family of 4. I used the drive thru very quick convenient. Got the chicken, mac and cheese, spinach and green beans. All was up to pare very good. BUT....The spare ribs. They were large meaty fell off the bone done. OMG the sauce was so NASTY. It truly was the worst I ever had. I rinse of the sauce added my BULLSEYE BBQ and reheated in a toasted oven. That saved the day. Stick with roasting the chicken. Well I have been a fan since I discovered this place in Detroit, MI as Boston Chicken 20 odd years ago. The chicken has always been fall off the bone good. The cornbread not too shabby, And all the sides I know loaded with heart stopping gimme me more loosen my belt heat attack goodness. This place is no exception. Great staff quick and pleasant Clean place. If I lived closer This would be a weekly stop over.. Give them a try.

I really dont know what has been going here but they are hiring thugs and people who are not following the ingredients to cook the meals. I ordered the chicken pot pie and the pie crust was raw I asked the "assistant manager" politely if they put in the oven for a few more minutes she said that she cant because it had no "timer on it" I called her a liar to her face and told her that all ovens come timers and we are not in the caveman era. I said to her that I would put the time on my phone. This chick put the potpie in the microwave she must of thought that I was a idiot I told her do you think that Im stupid she said no I said yeah you do I been cooking since before you or your parents been born. I know you microwaved this crap. I want my money back. This place need a upgrade on the customer service and cooks ASAP or they will close down.

Such great customer service my corn was cold and I went back up to the counter and explain to the young lady, and she said" let me get you some more" and brought the fresh hot corn to my table ...She did immediately and had a smile, and refreshing attitude. I LOVE THIS PLACE, THANKS Natalie you are Awesome! Keep up the great job, oh and I love the sweet potatoes. Again great food and service what else could u ask for! !!

Boston Market is one of the very best healthy" eat out food there is. The chickens are roasted nice and brown but very juicy always. The sides are all wonderful, staff good, it is a fast food chain, no doubt not the ritz carlton on site restaruant, but for a good, healthy night out this is it and totally affordable, especially for families!! Would recommend this restaturant to everyone, and I do.

I have to say we just experienced the worst dinner we have had in a very long time. The food was edible at best, it was old and cold. I was taken back that the place was so dirty and the workers so inept, not what we have experienced at other Boston Markets but it really was so bad that we will not go to another fearing the same rotten service, food and unclean experience again !

Went through drive-thru at 11:55. Fast friendly service. Only one glitch. The sandwich ordered was 1/2 chicken salad and recd 1/2 sliced chicken. Still good, but not what was ordered. However, the highlight was the chicken pot pie. This is was my first time ordering the pot pie and it was delicious with a capital D. Will def be back for that pie!!!!

The food is okay, but the green beans were not even barely warm; same with the corn. The chicken, on the other hand, was piping hot, tender, & juicy. Love veggies, but wish there were more healthy veggie options that are equally as tasty as the creamed spinach, mashed sweet potatoes, or squash casserole...

Inside could use a good cleaning, and the management could be more professional. A manager scolded a female employee for giving too large or portions.. Things like this shouldnt occur in front of customers. Very poor judgment on their part.

The food was not great, but it tasted OK. I felt like the chicken was a bit dry, and also very small, also felt the price was a bit high for what I got. But it seems a lot of places are raising prices but not quality nor food value.

Supposed to get a half chicken with two sides. It tasted nasty, and very greasy and the vegetables were cold and the bread was like a rock. Dont go here unless you want a stomach ache. Used to be decent years ago.

The food is always really good and tasty. Fast and decently priced. My only thing with this location would be the workers, some are unfriendly and strange. Outside of that, good experiences. Recommended!

I love Boston Market, been eating there for 20 years, but this one I went to in ft.myers, not sure if its the water or chef, but the food was horrible, sad, I love that place...
