Went today for the first time, Puerto Rico and Cuban Cuisine at its best! The people that work there have Excellent Customer service, the place and the restrooms are clean and the food is delicious in front oh Historic Downtown Clermont! I will recommend this place to anyone without hesitation! Also the coffee is delicious! Fui hoy por primera vez con mi esposa, Comida Criolla de Puerto Rico y Cuba exquisita y sabrosa! Las personas que trabajan en este sitio tienen excellente Servicio al Cliente, el negocio y el baño Estaban impecablemente limpios y esta localizado al frente Del historico Downtown Clermont! Yo le recomiendo este sitio a cualquiera sin ningun problema! Tambien el cafe esta delicious! I thank God and the Virgin Mary for having the pleasure to know this excellent place! Tremenda Joya es El Cerro! Comida super rica, fresca, calientita. sirven bastante en cada plato. Yo ordene mofongo con camarones al ajillo...y mi esposo ordeno mofongo con carne frita...WOW... La cervesita...Friitaaa! La atencion del staff es bien amistosa. Y los precios bien modicos. Definitivo que volveremos!

Who ever said this place was no-frills was being generous! It is not a user friendly place to eat. The only menu is either written on a board above the counter or given orally by the Latinas who work there. If you dont speak Spanish, then this is not the place for you. I was so intimidated by the circumstances that maybe I should have just left. However, I stayed with it and the ladies helped me find some items to eat although I still am not sure just what it was. If you go there, try to choose a time when they are not too busy (that will be hard). The food was OK, but nothing to recommend.

Dont be misled by this places unassuming outer appearance its a part of its charm it is a really homely warm atmosphere inside with excellent friendly staff. They accept all major cards as well as android pay. The food is excellent and while Ive never visited Cuba and cant vouge for the authenticity of the food.i can guarantee you will not be disappointed. If your ever in Clermont be sure to check this place out.

The food is top quality and the atmosphere is a micro xanadu! A painting on the dining wall of a houseold terrarium settles you in a tempered, sunglow of Tradescantia, Dracaena, Chlorophytum, Schefflera, and Bird of Paradise. I ordered the fish sandwich, a good thick filet on Cuban bread. For the price it is rare quality!

We have lived in Clermont for several years and never once ate here.. I am kicking myself now for not trying it before. This is the best Latin food Ive tried. The flavor and taste took me back to my countrys style of cooking. I dont need to make my mini get aways to Miami anymore to have delicious food

We havent lived in Groveland for long and I must say that WE will be regulars here! Delicious food and courteous service , really down to earth kind of place. Food is fresh made to order and a buffet is also available as well. Real latin comfort food. Service was on POINT! YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPIONTED!

They sell alcapurrias! And let me mention they are good. I always look forward to going home (Puerto Rico) to eat some but now I can drop by and pick some up =) good food overall not just the alcapurrias

We ordered the mofongo with fried pork. This is hands down one of the best mofongos Ive had in a while! Ive tried Spanish restaurants in the Orlando and Kissimmee area and El Cerro beats their flavor.
