Absolutely terrible service from this South Fort Myers store. We called ahead several days in advance to order 2 trays of chicken nuggets (at $72.50 per tray) for an event. Gave them the date and time and they said no problem. Took the extra step of calling ahead on the day and was again told no problem, it would be ready on time. Sent somebody to pick up at the agreed time (3.30pm 4/18/15) and when they got there the order wasnt ready and nobody seemed to know much about it. Had to wait 32 minutes for it to be made making the food very late for the event that it was required for. Called manager to complain but the lady we spoke to didnt seem to care. Made excuses saying they had a busy day. Just got that typical Florida "cant be bothered" style attitude. No offer of any discount or anything. Certainly will think twice about using this company again for catering and I wouldnt recommend anyone relying on them. Be warned!

I love Chick-fil-A but just went with three friends and we all agree that last night was easily the worst experience we have ever had at one. The problem was the service (there was one problem with the food). When we came in the staff was acting confused and it took a while to take our order, later one staff member was cleaning the floors right next to us with a loud machine. We were all talking and had to pause until she was done. There were about five or six other things. By the way write reviews pretty often and they are almost always very positive. My friend with us there said he comes here sometimes earlier in the day and he has had no problems.

Its always a pleasure to go to this particular Chick-Fil-A. I see many familiar faces when I walk in after not visiting for months on end. Wanda Bishop (the owner) is extremely friendly and has had our pediatric dental practice out for family nights. The clientele at Chick-Fil-A is always a white color crowd and friendly. This Chick-fil-A is really two-faced. Sometimes you go and the food is just the right portion, sometimes you go and the food is terrible, and you get practically half of the portion its supposed to be. I practically almost ALWAYS get terrible service. They gave me half of the portion of a Chick-Fil-A Large Waffle Fries, and I go over and demand a refund. You know what they did? Didnt even apologize, just gave me a "Free Order of Small Waffle Fries". Dislike. Dislike. Dislike.

The worst Chik Fil A ive ever been to. Its unfortunately closest to my home but a longer drive is worth better service. Food is left unattended on the counter without being directly handed to the guest. My order has been overlooked multiple times. The managers all have bad attitudes & are never attentive to the guests. 5 employees will look right at you without asking if you need anything. Terrible service. In need of a new GM or store owner.

WORST Chick-fil-A I have EVER been to!!! I was treated like a bratty teenager asking his mom to borrow $100 when I asked for a sweet tea refill. You can go to any Chick-fil-A anywhere across the country and you usually find the friendliest staff available...this one, not so much. To make matters worse, the rudest and least friendly employee was the store manager. AVOID at all costs. There are other Chick-fil-As in the area.

This CFA is really hit or miss. Sometimes you go and the food is fresh and good, other times you go and the food is old and disgusting. I usually get it when its disgusting. Also I think the way the lady manager talks to her employees is really terrible. Every time I go in there, she is complaining about something and has been rude to me before as well. She does not take criticism about her food well.

This place is a joke. You have an owner who called me and begged me to give them another chance after their last screw up so i give in and return to be treated just as poorly? Ill never visit this location or owner again. Travel to the location on Alico and 75. At least there they dont consistently screw up. In fact theyve gotten everything perfect for me at Alico and treat you so much friendlier.

The worst experience ever at a Chick Fil A. Catering order was incorrect, menu items were misrepresented, and employees were rude, no response from owner. Never received refund from missing items. Many upset parents as this was part of a school trip. This location does not exhibit values that the chain advertises at all. Huge disappointment.

The slowest chick-fil-a Ive been to! They werent even busy, lol! They also dont have the customer service like other chick-fil-as, they ask you to stand to the side to wait on your food and there wasnt anyone going around asking if you needed anything. Food was good, and they were nice, just not typical from chick-fil-a Im use to!!

On this visit I ordered the Chicken Market Salad. Basically chopped lettuce with a mimimal amount of other vegetables and topped clumps of very thinly sliced deli chicken, it was not good at all. Only ate enough to satisfy my hunger and threw most of it away. Would never order it again.

My first visit to a restaurant of this chain. I didnt find the food interesting to the palate. Like someone who rated this place before, I thought the portion of the medium fries was really small than it was supposed to be. No complaints about the staff... I thought they were nice.

We need more places like this! Chick-fil.. takes the five diamonds A! Always great and refreshing to go in and enjoy a delicious lemonade and anything of the menu. They also have a kids indoor playground (very clean for moms or caretakers to feel at ease

Rude and snoody staff, get better service at another location. When I asked for a manager on the phone, the woman put the phone down and picked it back up claiming she was the manager. This is what happens when you hire kids in highschool

Love coming here for lunch or dinner. Its nice to have workers that are nice and helpful. The values of the company really show through with the staff they hire. Wish they were open on Sundays, but I understand why theyre not.

Dull and tasteless sandwich. I asked for no pickles. Found the chicken is marinated in pickle juice. That ended that. Drink was watery. Person behind counter was rude. Bathroom was clean. Two stars for that.

All of these places sell crappy chicken sandwiches at high prices. The only thing that is nice is they have a good play area for kids. If youre looking for a good chicken sandwich, go somewhere else.
