I thought I would try the New Steakburger last Wednesday evening. The place was not crowded, no one else in drive thru so that should not have been a factor. I bought a Steakburger Combo and ask that they put a little mayo in a cup for me. They asked if I wanted packets instead, I said no, it is different than the fresh mayo they use. I got my order, pulled around, looked in bag, no mayo, got out of the car went inside told the person and she shoved three packets at me and walked away - CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!! By the way the Steakburger was TERRIBLE, I didnt complain because it is obvious that at this Burger King #4554 they DONT CARE.

Dont waste your time or money here. Placed out order, paid for it but needed to go back to get all items ordered. Order still didnt come with any syrup or butter for the breakfast. When told of the problem, the girl threw the hash browns on the bag and then threw the bag at us. The food was also very cold. We left and I contacted them. I was told the manager was out and would get back with me. Guess what they never did and this is going on two weeks. Guess they only want your money here. Save time and money if you make it yourself. No need for bad service or food!

As Im pulling in to get food one of the employees is stand in the dinning room area with another employee walking around while she works.. while.im.looking in the widows going to the drive thru the employee is giving the middle finger to me as I pull thru the parking lot to the drive thru... All manager says is Im sorry... Needless to say I did not get food.. due to me confronting them about it .. I didnt want my food spit in. Will not be back

Tastes like nothing is ever fresh. I definitely one received a burger that was microwaved-- it was tough and inedible. This company needs to go back to the basics. Instead of bringing out more novelty garbage thats not identifiable food, how about stepping up the quality and bringing us during truly great. Go kick 5 Guys ass, or make a goal, otherwise, whither and die, please.

Criteria to work at this Burger King = have a pulse. Ghetto, rude, ghetto. Way to draw business. However, improvements have been made over the past few months. For instance, they dont throw food at you through the window anymore. You also might get lucky with a normal human being with common courtesy to take care of you. Food still isnt fresh & orders still arent accurate.

I was parked at the drive thru window waiting on my food, and the guy working the window was complaining about his job to the other employees the entire time. He kept saying he needs a new job. Quit talking about it and do it, please. Other than that, the service is usually ok and theres never anyone in line, so its a great place to go if you want your food quick.

Went there on August 23,2014. First ordered the A1 Burger with no onions and my sons Double cheeseburger ketchup only. I got my sandwich with onion and no bacon. My sons burger had nothing on it. No ketchup. I took my burger back they said sorry and remade it. Got my burger bit into it and there was a hair in it!!! Gross. Will never eat there again.

Well all Burger kings Ive been to are usually rude but this one is just the worst mangers dont know how to do there job always messing up orders if you call back and try to get something replaced its a problem this Id by far the worst Burger king around here. And FYI DQ next door isnt any better!!! Hope this place gets new management!!!

Everytime I have gone here, not only are the people rude but they mess up the order numerous times. They often cant put order in right and it never fails that they forget to put at least 1 item in the bag that I ordered. The manager is very rude and talks down to you when you attempt to get her assistance also.
